Food: 3/5Ice Cream: 4/5Friendliness: 1/5There was a lady with long black, red, and purple braids that was extremely rude. Not just to customers but to the staff as well. Our cashier was very nice and most of the others were too...but she just ruined our entire Freddy's experience today. It leaves a bad taste to see someone being so hateful to customers and staff.
Custard was melted. They were nice enough to replace it but then they just put the melted portion first and topped it with the plain vanilla custard that was firm on top to disguise it. I think they are having problems with their machine and if this is the case they should say this before or stop selling custard that is more like a soft milkshake.
Of course, first things first, I love Freddy’s. I could eat it everyday and be completely content. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with them! I came through on my lunch to grab a bite to eat and I waited in an empty line for 5-10 minutes for them (which is normal since they make everything fresh!) I got back to the office and took a bite, when I looked down I almost threw it back up. My burger wasn’t cooked all the way, it’s very evident that it wasn’t! Working in food, it’s important to make sure the food is safe to consume and a lot of people have sensitivities, not to mention this is beef- beef has to be cooked through! I still love Freddy’s but this wasn’t my favorite memory!
Man their burgers are killer. They do the smashburgers here, and they do it justice. They have great fries as well. Comparable to other fast food price wise, but i think its a head above the others tastewise.
Drove out of my way by 6 miles for a party melt. Got home and had a rubbery tasteless grilled or soaked in water chicken sandwich. Darn sure didn't eat it. Not my dogs or stray cats
Worst Freddy's experience ever. First I am told you can't make Hawaiian Delights anymore because macadamia nuts and pineapple are not available, seriously . Then I get home and my burgers and fries were cold. Last time I spend a dime at Freddafter 12 years of loving it.
I came to get a burger, chili cheese fries, and a dessert. I got what I ordered except for the Sunday. And I couldn't eat my chilli cheese fries because they didn't have ANY FORKS. They asked if I wanted a spoon and I said how am I supposed to eat chili cheese fries with that. I also tried to order one of their signature Sundays and they said they don't do the Hawaiians and that they were all out of bananas for the other one I was going to get. I mean if you don't serve that item any more than don't advertise it.
I got the frozen custard sundae. There was a good portion and lots of toppings. They waited until I got to the window to make the sundae so it wasn't melted when I got it. It was very good. I also got a Diet Pepsi. I am not sure what happened but I could not drink it. The Diet Pepsi was horrible.
I went through the drive-thru around 1:15. There were three cars in front of me when I arrived. From the time I ordered to the time I received my food was more than 30 minutes, including 15 minutes sitting at the window after I had paid. My order was two burgers. Nothing special. When I did get my food, the meat was overcooked and crispy. I know a lot of places are short-staffed right now but it seemed like it took much longer than it should have and the quality was poor.
They used to be pretty good but has of recently they have been Butchering our orders, kind of irritating once or twice I can understand but this is getting old real quick. Staff are nice though.
