Oh man. You know that feeling when you are the only one in the drive thru and it takes them 5 minutes to take your order? Leave. This one is on me.After the 5 minute wait I waited 15 minutes to pay. Then saw a bag waiting. 5 more minutes to hand me the bag and my drink.The car behind me was wise and abandoned their order. Be like them.
I have gone to this Freddy’s for years and never had an experience quite like tonight. For starters I ordered a regular chocolate shake and a regular chocolate shake with Oreos and they gave me two mini chocolate shakes. When we asked about Oreos and size the cashier handed me a side of Oreos and attempted to gas light me by saying that it was the regular size. Overall this was a horrible experience.
Two adults, two 10 year olds, what can go wrong,right?We ordered, waited 30 mins, everyone else behind us on the line got their food, but us, Strike one!When we asked about the delay, they had not placed the order, then charged us twice, Strike three.Messed up the order again when they brought it to our table! and now the manager is irritated! Strike three!Right when we were leaving my wife asked for a cup of water...27 cents plus a bad attitude.Mistreating my wife in such way was the red line the manager should have never crossed, never going to any Freddy's.Avoid this hole, And it was not the workers, they were nice and we were nice. I can tolerate lack of experience, no one is perfect...but the manager knows better, and that is my beef with that organization.
This location is consistent when it comes to fresh fries and burgers. Idk if I'm showing up at the right time but I also use to work at the Baskin Robbins across the street so I've been coming to this location a while. The tea is always sweet. The fries seasoned to the gods. The burger always bomb! This location is my favorite Freddy's
My daughter was hired there about a month ago and I tried Freddy's for the first time. I'm totally obsessed with Freddy's seasoning!!! I loved every bite of everything I ordered.Fast friendly place to eat. Staff rocks!!! MGMT rocks ,,, Go Crispin ❤️❤️
Hello,Went there today at 12:30. My drive through server was Saria D. Just wanted to give her a shout out because she was very sweet and did an excellent job.
I was given a raw burger and feeling sick to my stomach. I’m contacting corporate. I have a weak immune system and a type 1 diabetic. I can not get food poisoning.. it would be really bad on my body.Feb 14, 2022: I reached out after the response from Freddy’s and nothing was done and no one responded to the information I sent. I’ve been sick ever since and now today making a doctors appointment to be checked out.
Searing here waiting. Been the Only one in line, ordered my food for a large drink I got a small I paid for the large. Finally get my food I get my fries and they’re freaking cold! And the container was just halfway full! So they ended up give me a large Coke I’m sitting here waiting on my hot fries which everything else is getting cold my hamburger while I’m waiting on my food just really kind of disappointing this is what my fries look like

Unbelievably slow service-have been waiting since 1:48 pm now 2:11 and still waiting for a custard - I am amazed they are still in business.
