Walked into this restaurant at and ordered at 12:18pm. There were no other people in line but people waiting for food. I did not recieve my order of 2 sandwiches until 12:58. Multiple other people left without ordering after seeing the waits and several just left with no meal at all. This was the first and last time I will ever come in.
Very disappointed with ordering online, these people have no idea about the value of time. No response needed, won’t be coming back.
First, I understand there is a shortage of employees currently. I went to this location with 20-30 min of time before I had to be somewhere. Just to place a to go order and take it with me on my way. I ordered and realized after there were many people in front of me without their food. There were SIX employees working at this location at this point in time. SIX!!! I hardly call that short staffed. I still had to leave without my food. And without a refund. And I was still late to where I had to be. Now I’m out $20+ for food I didn’t even get. Not happy to say the least. The employees need training.
This is our favorite Firehouse subs. Food tastes great, and staff is so nice! They very, very seldom get our order wrong.
Great sub shop with many great choices.
Pretty sad service. I understand being busy and behind but when there have been people sitting that have waited for over 15 mins to place an order and the have been seated and waiting for their food over 30 mins and your team listens to a customer complain about waiting 5 mins for a salad and then your staff drops everything to make it. I think it’s a pretty bad example to set and poor customer service. Can’t give negative stars but I would.
Employees are kind and the sandwiches are always great, this location is always very clean inside
If you come here, make sure you take the afternoon off, because that's how long it will take. No one in the store and still been waiting 20 mins for my food. Never coming back here again.
No food complaints, but waiting 25 min for a sub isn’t acceptable.
Hands down the best restaurant service I had in a very long time. Went above and beyond, even when they just closed. The manager brought me my food that I forgot. Granted it was less then a mile away. So on top of having great subs, clean restaurants they are very friendly and caring. Thank you!!!
