This food absolutely left a lot to be desired. The sauce definitely lacked flavor, I had to add crushed red pepper just to make it somewhat better. I also ordered a house salad but received a caesar salad instead and boy was that salad wimpy. I also ordered bacon glazed wings and those were quite delicious! ? I also enjoyed the free bread they brought to the table. Now time for desert and my $5 piece of cheesecake that was definitely smaller than I expected, it tasted good but honestly expected something a little bit bigger.
6-13-22 11:45 to 12:10First let me say my service and food was awesome.While I was eating I seen a couple of customers come and stand at the counter and not get waited on. They then left. I seen another customer come to the register while the guy that runs the place was outside smoking. ( which is also the guy that gave me great customer service. Including checking on me. ) The guy outside smoking was watching the customer at the register… When the customer at the register turn to leave The guy that runs the place started in but it was too late. I have sat here and watched this place lose a lot of business. Again I guess I was lucky my service was great and the food was great.
we went shopping in okc and picked this particular location because it was close to the places we were going. we didn't realize it was attached to a truck stop but that didn't stop us since we've never eaten at a fazoli's [and wanted to try it] and the prices were appealing especially since we had 3 of our 5 kids with us, lol!! anyways the 1st thing worth noting is the service! the man who took our order then served us was so friendly & amazing!! next has to be the freaking delicious bread sticks!! omg...best we have ever tasted...seriously!! then the mozzarella skewers & breadstick sliders...yummy!! and i have to mention the coke because i'm a pepsi fan but their fountain coke was pretty legit. so to sum this up...we WILL be driving 2 hours [one way] to eat here again and more than likely at this same location since the service was great!!
Being as it's a Fazolis off the interstate, I didn't really have high hopes, and yet, they still let me down. No one was at the front for a bit at first. When a lady did come out of the back, she was extremely rude and copped an attitude when I asked her to repeat something she mumbled. The crazy part was that she was the manager. Also, don't trust the menu on Yelp or Google because "They aren't offering those options anymore." I'll never be back and I'm willing to bet you'll be disappointed, too.

The sauce tasted like it came from a jar. One you could buy from a store. Nothing special. The noodles were well cooked but, the chicken tasted like it had freezer burn.Not worth the money..
Food tasted great but not very hot, service is a bit slow but friendly, & I like slightly crispy bread sticks & got fresh soft ones.
Its a FAZOLI'S. Of course its good. Food good. Prices good. Everything is fast. Cashier was attentive and came to ask my order right away.
I was talking with Shaun said he is the only manager there he actually said in charge of all the Fazolis whioh is hysterical in itself and he continuously hung up the phone on me in regards to a court order.. His ego is obviously through the roof and all he has to show is a manager at a pizza place honestly pathetic! Very rude and he should be fired at the very least a demotion. Ill see you soon Shaun !!! you made matter much worse for your employee. its all recorded for the courts to hear, hope fazolis will hook you up with a good lawyer!
I really like this locationI went there as usual to get my favorite meal and the girl she was sitting on the table playing with her phone I waited more than 8 minutes for someone to take my orderAnd then she came to take my order I ask her are you supposed to take my order she said yes I told her that’s disrespectful to let me wait all this time and you sitting on the table playing with your phone she said I’m the cook I don’t work on the cash register.but I don’t see employees other than her in the store.
This was my first and last time ordering here I had gluten free chicken rotini it was nasty I mean gross it was greasy too salty put way to much cheese on it the chicken tasted like rubber I think it was spoiled or expired chicken.
