My first and last time visiting this establishment. I should’ve turned away when I saw no cars in the lot and the general managers number painted on the door. Customer service is lack-luster. The food was bland. We ordered pasta and wings. The pasta was ok. The 5 piece traditional wing came out COLD. I kid you not. The chicken wings were ICE COLD. We took them back to get remade and they simply stated “oh”. As if they knew they weren’t cooked when they sent them out. I couldn’t even finish my food I was so disgusted. I now know why I’ve never come to Fazoli’s. I now know why I’ll never come back. The only upside was a server telling me “have a blessed evening”.
Well since the Fazolis.com ratings could not be found I will just review here. I ate at Fazoli's 4/28/2022. I got the 3 samplers, the classic samplers. YUK may I say. Except for the bread sticks they were good. The dining room was dirty. Dirty dishes on every table. When my food was brought to me I noticed a big chip on the side of my plate. The girl at the front counter was very nice. Needless to say I will not return!
This Fazoli’s is my favorite of three in OKC. The store is clean, service is always friendly and prompt dine in or drive through. Today, Sammy’s service was impeccable. His suggestion to make it a meal with a side salad and a drink was perfectly timed and I never ran out of hot bread sticks. If you haven’t yet, stop by and say hey to Sammy and grab yourself some delicious fast Italian eats. Cheers!!
Don't order lunch dishes.... Baked spaghetti.... Only a few fork fulls... Over $9... 2 stars because the help did a good job...
Lachelle and Sammy in #5937 were so very pleasant. In a world where Covid has destroyed most customer service, they were a true reflection of the core values that existed prior to COVID. Very friendly, great service, great atmosphere, and exceptionally good food!! Lachelle offered extra breadsticks, Sammy made a fast correction to our misorder and even invited us to come back on Tuesdays for the kids night! I wish we had Fazoli’s in Tulsa!! Keep up the good work store #5937!! And thank you again for the great food and GREAT customer service. You’re a diamond in the rough these days!!
Staff would not even acknowledge my wife and l standing in front of counter. Yelled back to them that there is many other places that want our business. Then they came running out wanting to serve us. By that time we decided our years of patronizing this establishment was over. (Did I forget there were only 2 other customers in the store!). The store lights are never on when I go there. Told manager several times. Guess you have to much business. ?
I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, the food was great and I felt at home.Shout-Out to SAMMY and ERIN for their stellar service!
Good menu with plenty of options. Prices are about what you would expect. Only bad part was when paying they have step to add a tip. Confusing on how to get past it and really not appropriate for an order in picking up. Other than that it was fine.
We were served by Sammy store # 5937 he welcomed us with a warm friendly spirit. He was really attentive on making sure we had everything right and everything we needed. Breadsticks were always on the table!! He was great!!
The food was good and the girl at the window was nice my problem was with the manager, I kept trying to explain to her that my change was incorrect. I showed her my receipt and I showed her the change that they gave me and that they gave me less than what I was supposed to have and she just kept insisting that they correct even though the receipt showed her that they were wrong. In the end I just left with what I had cause I was tired of going back and forth.My total was $13.34 I gave them $100.35 that means I should have got 87.01 back but I only got 86.31 because the manager said that the worker didn't give her the 0.35 cent until after she already cashed out the $100, even if that was the case and she cashed out the $100 out of 13.34 my change would have been 86.66 (which was what was on the receipt) but she kept telling me that my change was 86.31 because she took the $0.35 out of my change back even though she had already charged me the whole 13.34 out of $100. So after all she did end up using the $0.35 so that means I still should have ended up with 87.01 and I still only got 86.31 because she refused to listen even though the proof was right there. Not sure when I'll be back after this.
