Took my husband as a surprise for his bday. He’s a bbq connoisseur, and it met and beat his high standards ?. Delicious. We got spare ribs, sausage, brisket, and beef rib. Sides beans Mac and cheese (YUM!), and elote. The only thing I would’ve changed is to have the elote hot vs cold like a salad.We will be back! ❤️❤️❤️
I had my doubts going in..... I left with high praises. Their house sausage was amazing with a nice bite. Sliced turkey seasoned well and moist. Prime Brisket wet melted like butter in my mouth. Ribs cooked to perfection. The sides we awesome. The decadent mac and cheese was velvety smooth, scratch slaw in a lite vinegar base and celery seed. The collard greens brought tears to my eyes and absolute joy to my taste buds. The elote corn was a crisp refreshing delight.I am not one that believes in sauces. Your masking bad meat. However I did sample the sauces and have to say that these are 3 of the finest sauces I've ever eaten. Not overpowering. Each with a wonderful flavor profile. ?They are claiming ties to South central and east TEXAS BBQ style, I must say hats off to the pit master....job well done..... OKC has got a true GEM added to their growing culinary list.
Definitely the best barbecue I've had in the metro. I think only the butcher stand is on the same level but that's a drive.
Best BBQ in Oklahoma. They’re in a league of their own. In fact, they created the league!!! You should not miss this experience!

AMAZING all around! We had a little of everything and it was all fantastic! It is obvious that the pit master and his team put love and attention into EVERY item. Every meat was cooked to perfection and every side was decadent. We are from Texas and Edge Craft could compete with the very best in Texas BBQ! We can’t wait to make a trip back to OKC just for the chance to eat here again. My only regret was not buying extra to take back to Texas with me!
Nice place! Great smoked meat. It's in the smoke. The sauce is tasty too. You might need to get there early or call ahead for a big order.
This place has THE BEST barbecue I've tried in OKC. If you're looking for something like Pinkerton's BBQ, this is a great place to try. We ordered 2 meat plates to try a wide variety of meats. Burnt Ends, Fatty Cuts of Brisket, Turkey, and Sausage. Everything was cooked expertly and well seasoned. The mustard based sauce was great, but the house was my personal favorite. Sides were also delicious! We tried collard greens, Fried Okra, Mac and Cheese, and Brussels Sprouts. And we finished with gorgeous cups of banana pudding. Its a little expensive to be a weekly visit, but if you have a craving for GOOD barbecue, its well worth it!
Food was great, brisket is one of my favorites(of course). Sides were also amazing, the mac and cheese and greens were incredible. There are 2 sauce options, so if you're a sauce person, maybe not for you, but I really don't think the meat needed sauce.
If you're craving brisket that melts in your mouth (Fatty Brisket was FIRE) and Beef Ribs (served on Saturdays. Mouth watering), then this is the place for you. Closest thing I've had in OK that's comparable to great Texas BBQ joints. Loved the experience. They cut a beef rib for me that was 2 lbs and let me pick the pieces of each item that I wanted. I got the beef rib, fatty Brisket, pork ribs and sausage. Loved it. Try it out!
