I thought I found a new favorite place for coffee. But I think I’ll be going back to Starbucks. Today I ordered through the app. I pulled to the window and was handed my drink. It was correct. But the display was not. They stuck my receipt directly on top where my straw was supposed to go. Of course I had an issue trying to get it off. I went on Saturday and of course I did another mobile order and there was a glitch and it took my order twice. The girl who was at the window had a nasty attitude. And clearly she had no knowledge of the types of donuts. I ended up with 6 donuts. Two which I didn’t order. It took another employee to tell her which ones to grab. I didn’t have any issues when I started using their app a month ago, but whoever owns this store needs to go through some training with staff especially with people ordering mobile and drive thru and they always try and give mobile orders to the wrong people.
Love that there is a Dunkin not to far from where I am. Not a fan of parking or the drive thru but it is a great location. Location is in a very popular spot for people to visit and is walking distance to a few places. Staff is nice. This is probably the closest dunkin to downtown/Bricktown okc
You would think if you ordered a donut ? from this place it would be Fresh but no it tasted like 1 day old absolutely not okay
Picked up some coffee and donuts for my team on the way to work. I was greeted very warmly by a younger gentleman when I entered! He was personable and joked with me while putting my order together.The strawberry sprinkle donuts and coffee cupcake were especially loved by my team.The iced coffee and cold brew w/ salted caramel cold foam hit the spot as well.
we went there just to get 3 coffees and a few donuts. we got to the window and they messed up repeating our order twice which was fine, until they handed us things we didn’t get. they took them back and gave us our donuts which ended up being messed up too. we were just going to take them until she gave us the wrong drinks twice. we wanted a refund at this point but she told us to just pull over. we gave most of the stuff back and got starbucks ?? i wouldnt go if i were you. to save the stress :)
I came here once a week for over a year with nothing but great experiences. The last 3 months it has taken an obvious turn. Always understaffed, any food orders via drive thru puts you in a separate pull over waiting line, and my order has been wrong more than correct. I would never blame employees. This is purely on mangenement or lack there of. Whoever owns this individual store clearly hasn't done an audit on timeline from entering drive thru to leaving it.
terrible customer service. i waited a long time for the barista to come up to me and he was very unhappy to be there and unhelpful with my drink. i told him what i would like and to make it very sweet and he handed me the grossest, most unsweet thing i’ve ever tasted. i am literally am so mad about this small thing , that i won’t go to a dunkin again.
The service is always amazing. Staff is more like family to me and my son , who go every weekend. Keep up the wonderful job ladies and gents. ?❤️ Love you guys.I recommend everyone to go and try their coffee and even food with their wonderful service .
Don't know how the donuts are but the ice cream service sucks I've got the ice cream priced at one price and if you ask for an ice cream cone they charge you extra for the cone they're rude obnoxious and the boys wear makeup.
Service was very bad from one of Senior manager but employes were good. I think Manager name was Justin he was really bad attitude not only for me but his service is bad for everyone.
