Okay okay will be my easiest shortest most simple review summed up with two words...D U N K I N - D O N U T S........Your Honor?! The defense rest our case..... Guilty as charged.Mind go boom! Duh. Hello?!Whaaaat? Uh-hu! Psssst!No way? Waaaaay,.... Bet.

The service was wonderful during their morning peak hours. The sausage croissant was cooked to perfection and the coffee well I’m almost done drinking so it’s delicious

The coffees I got tasted awful. They didn't seem to have any flavor or sweetener just milk and coffee. Every time I go here you never know if the coffee is going to be bad (usually it is) or good. Its not hard to make coffee and if I'm paying you $6 per cup you better make it right. You shouldnt have to wonder if the staff know how to make a good cup of coffee or not.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION!!!There is a grown MAN, cussing people out on drive thru because he wants to be called ma'am. I get the gender identity thing but if you look and sound like a man, don't start cussing out the customers just because they do not know. 2. The bagels are always stale, coffee drinks...? Better chance at Starbucks. Gotten coffee black that was iced water with a tint to it. Been locked out of the store as soon as I park my car. I don't know if it's just teenagers running this place or REALLY BAD MANAGEMENT. Either way.I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!Try DAYLIGHT DONUTS across the street. Very friendly lady there. Very good deals on drinks and donuts without the EXTRA WASTE OF TIME.

Why are my mini bagel bites cold? Heat them up longer yall! My coffee though is always so amazing

I placed on order online with the app. I drove to the restaurant. I waited 30 minutes and never got my order. The entire time, the drive thru orders were going out the door and they weren't waiting a half hour. When I said something, I was treated rudely by multiple people. Terrible customer service! I ended up leaving without food and asking for a refund. After years of visiting this place, I will never go back again.

I’ve been going here every day for a year now and the last couple of weeks it feels like the customer service has gone downhill. It’s always a coin flip on whether or not they’re going to be in a good mood. They don’t listen properly when I order because my drink has been wrong in some way a few times in the last two weeks. Today they gave me a completely different coffee from what I ordered and she managed to spill HOT COFFEE on me as she was handing it to me. It’s still better than scooters and Starbucks, so unfortunately I have to keep giving them money.

The customer service here is a freaking joke. Mother of 2 kids and almost due with the 3rd kid. I go through the drive-thru for donuts, hashbrowns and a coffee to make their morning better and mine as well. I forget to order the hashbrowns and the first thing I said at the window "I'm sorry to be this person but I need to add an order of hashbrowns" the guy at the window straight up told me he wasn't going to add anything at the window, even though my response was nice...he then continued to be a jerk..no "thankyou" no "have a good day".NOTHING. This is not the first time I've had terrible customer service here. I will no longer be a customer at duncan donuts BECAUSE of THIS location. Period.

Don't waste your time. They RUN OUT OF EVERYTHING HERE. The employees here have just gotten ruder since COVID. Starbucks is worth the extra money.

First of all, the employees all seem to hate their jobs. The cashiers were the most unfriendly cashiers I've encountered in a while. Both of the cashiers that I saw seemed very annoyed with their customers for daring to even order food. Didn't matter how upbeat and cheerful I or other customers were, it didn't change their mood or demeanor in the slightest. It also took an incredibly long time to get two regular coffees. Very disappointing way to start a Sunday morning.
