Very disappointed in my latte that I ordered extra shots of espresso in....it tasted and looked like straight milk... the young girls in there are very rude.. I also didn't get any mustard that I asked for twice. The poor excuse of a manager rolled her eyes at me when I told her my latte tasted like milk. I'm an assistant manager of a fast food company for 8 years, and I would never hire this staff or put out this low quality product. Yikes.

This is the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. 2 young employees are very rude & discrimination to color customers. I ordered a dozen chocolate donuts for my kids after I got my box then inspected right in front of them. It was all glazed donuts so I asking her polite & nicely to exchange in the drive thru. They told me I can't because I opened the box. If i want chocolate then i have pay for it again. I told her this is not right, she ask me to leave, they are cars behind and also say " you don't have to come back if you don't likes it. She claimed she was the manager which I don't believe she is because she did not tell me her name after I asked her twice. This is insane! I hope the owner of this place has a chance to read this and get this situation matter resolve immediately to earn more customers. Day i came 4-5-2022
Gosh I wish I remembered the name of the lady here that served us while we were in town visiting. I've got to do better!! ? Anyhow, nothing short of an amazing experience at this location. We only came for the donut holes and had intentions to go elsewhere for our coffee. The lady that helped us made sure that she changed our minds about dunkin coffee. She allowed us to sample an expresso and a dark blend and others until we found one we liked. We will visit again if we are back in OKC, For the friendly service, donut holes and the COFFEE!
Everything was great except the older lady that took our order didn't act like she cared much about being there other staff was friendly though
The drive thru was backed up when I arrived about 8am but it moved very quickly. The food was hot even after driving 4 miles to my home. And as always everything was delicious.
Delicious breakfast, great variety and super friendly, efficient staff! My favorite location in the city.
Employees were very rude after getting an order wrong and replacing it which was replaced wrong again, she shouted out, “if youdon’t like it, don’t come back”. I would recommend going to a different Dunkin.
Donuts were dry and past their expiration. Sloppy to say the least with almost no icing. Sad that they even had these in the case. I guess I should have known not to get donuts an hour and a half before closing.
Quick fast delicious.I suggest a coffee, sourdough, breakfast sandwich, and a donut to round out the meal
