I stopped on impulse for coffee and some donuts to take home. I got 1 muffin (rock hard/stale) 3 stale and tasteless glazed donuts for my hubby and 2 weird tasting chocolate ones. I was also given a barely warm caramel macchiato(sp?). Like it had been sitting around. I'll just join the Starbucks line next time. At least I'll get a fresh beverage.
2/4/22 day #3 of snow storm. DD is closed due to bad weather. Meanwhile, Starbucks next door is busier than ever ?Picture below is the roads. I was coming back from McDonalds for my coffee, bc they were open ?
This is my little neighborhood dunkin doughnuts that my bf and I frequently visit for coffee. The staff are always so friendly at the window. The car line is always moving quick too!
Very slow service and on a Saturday they were out of the glazed and choclate frosted donuts. Some of the donuts I got were a day old.
Older lady serving the drive thru was the happiest person I have ever seen at 6 in the morning. Made my day!
Why are my coffees never blended or mixed or shaken to distribute the flavor?? From this location I always get the burnt tasting coffee which I can tolerate which is why I ask for a ton of sugar and flavor shots to mask it but there are times my drink isn't made right and all I taste is the burnt flavor.
Worst location! They are so slow that’s why the drive thru is always down the street. If u actually go in u will see them all scrambling confused smh. Then I get warm coffee I want HOT coffee. I hate this location. Whoever hires for this location should be fired.

My favorite breakfast place. Never been disappointed at this location.
Sara the manager is unfit for her position. What should have been an obvious easy fix to a regular customer's problem ended up being a display of poor customer service, a lack of care and downright mean. Experiences like these are the ones that drive lifetime customers to venture elsewhere..
