We waited a very long time on our donuts and drink. When we received it my sons donut was missing. I asked the lady at the register for it, and she wanted to argue with me. Why is it so hard to get workers that are nice and friendly? She was extremely rude to us. I will never be back to this location, and will make sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid y’all.
Great donuts, delicious coffee and the staff is always willing to make it right.
Every time I go here, everyone is so nice and so friendly. I have been at all different times and different days, and it doesn't matter. The crew here is the friendliest crew I have ever encountered in the service industry.
Very good Dunkin’, My macchiato was scrumptious, Rodrick took my order with a positive attitude, and I got everything fast!
Considering we're still two years deep in this crazy pandemic, I am still quite happy with this location! I've read the reviews (including the recent bad ones) and I get it, but I think these guys are doing their best and they really are still serving great coffee, great food, and still have an excellent attitude! Yeah, the wait is maybe a little longer because it's a popular and busy location, but they did not disappoint! I give these guys props for making my visit fun while making my order and going through the drive thru! I'm still a fan of Dunkin Donuts over the "other" people i.e. Scooters (overpriced and not consistent) and Starbucks (also overpriced). Thank you Dunkin for your hard work! I appreciate you!
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Dunkin’ Donuts in the state. They have consistently been bad for years. They don’t put ANY filling in the donuts. The owner clearly tries to cut costs. Go to any other Dunkin in the state, and it’s a HUGE difference. I don’t know why I keep hoping they’ll improve.
Justin (who acted as if he was a manager) let a regular customer come over and have his pick of drinks waiting to be picked up at the drink station. I didn’t know the one he picked for free was mine that I had been waiting on. I was standing there and watched both people behind me get their coffee’s, I asked what I was waiting on and he was incredibly rude and short in explaining that someone else had taken my coffee and they were still making mine. Why wasn’t that explained to me while I was standing there waiting unnecessarily? And you guys want $16+ an hour? What a joke.
Do not go here if you don't have time to wait. Sat in line for an HOUR, no joke a literal hour. Placed an online order and when I finally did make it to the window they didn't even have half my order available and I had to tell the guy at the window what was on my order and what was missing. If I had not checked my bags I wouldn't have even known anything was missing because he didn't even say anything about being out of some of the stuff on my order. Did not have my donuts bagged and prepared, but they did for my cold croissant sandwich, hash browns, and bacon. Did not even put my food under a heater so everything they did have was cold. Will not be coming back. Would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the one in Edmond. I understand being short staffed (if that was even the problem), but this was BEYOND ridiculous. Whoever the owner is of this location or Corporate if it is needs to get this location and it's management in check.
I’m usually a Starbucks regular and decided to give this Dunkin a shot, given it’s only a few blocks from my house. Don’t waste your time. Three times now my order has been incorrect and the staff is rude.
So inadequate. The cook and manager are so inept at their job. Not sure how they got so bad so quickly? Manager was so concerned with online and door dash orders that he had 15 premade drinks at the counter. The only redeeming thing was the guy in the drive thru window; in which he had to help the cook out and do his window.
