Denny's is open 24 hours, if this location closes, I was told it is because of cook shortage. I have been coming here for more than 2 decades with my family because they support family. My sons are grown, we still meet up here. Granted I've had great service and less than great service here, but they continue to support kids eating free, whether it's every day or certain days.
Went Sunday after church, great service, fast & hot food. For it to be busy they nailed it. love this location. maryam waited on us. New manager was very nice I tried the cookie dough breakfast and loved it.
Unfortunately I can't place an order to go without getting seated by a waitress. I thought I could walk-in and take a look at a menu and order to go but apparently a breakfast burrito to go can't happen without taking a seat at a table. Maybe I'll return and spend alittle more time and dine in. But not today.
First of all, i guess i should be happy they are open and in business in this era of covid.The place is nice, clean and waitress even with a hurt hand and manager was very hard working and friendly. Manager was stuck working in the kitchen cooking... Apparently as per staff there, I came in and they were having a "weird day". I had ordered food to be delivered, and was missing food, and had weird things added to my food, resulting me to come up and get it resolved, causing my meal to be cold and completely made me having it delivered wasted money. Tried calling, no answer no matter which number i pressed... While I was waiting, customers in the lobby were told they could not be seated despite them knowing and stating they understood they were not going to be helped immediately, they just wanted to sit down with their kids rather than stand in the lobby. I took photos of the dining room because apparently they were full. ? two small benches in the lobby and an open dining room... idk just not a great experience. 47 minutes to get order resolved I guess isn't bad... hopefully next time will be better
My grandmother loves this place. I've tried to convert her to The Waffle House but she's pretty set. I have to admit I think the service might be better here and they always treat us great no matter what time of day we go. The food is always good and good quantities. (Always end up with a to-go box) We'll continue to show up
Apparently the manager was too mean to the kitchen staff, so they walked out. Leaving the manager to run the kitchen alone. Our waitress was nice, and comped our dessert because it took over an hour to get our food. Toast was burnt and there was a piece of shell in my eggs.The last time I will ever take my family to eat here, was Sunday Jan 23rd.
Service was terrible. Theybhad a server for every 2 tables and it still took forever to place an order. When good came out it was cold and no ice checked to see if our order was correct or we needed anything else.
Things weren't awful when we arrived. The waitress was polite. The place was empty but she seemed hurried which we thought was a little odd. They were out of most of the menu items. The cook got almost all of our orders wrong and didn't want to fix them. They overcharged us on our ticket. They brought us things we hadn't ordered and then charged us for them after telling us not to worry about it. They told us they were out of American cheese for the hamburger but charged us for it anyway. My son and youngest didn't eat (they hardly ever do). My husband, myself and my middle daughter did. Now the three of us are vomiting and have diarrhea. I doubt this is a coincidence. Avoid this location. ?
Food is fine. Answer your phone plz. Attempted place order to go via phone while on the road; 8 minutes on hold and I arrived at restaurant 7:45 AM. 4 employee cars and 0 customers. Fam who wanted the food enjoyed it though.
A very nice quiet dinner with my wife. The steak was tender and delicious, so was the broccoli. Wish they had Mac and cheese as a side but dinner was wonderful. Friendly attentive staff.
