Came here with no expectations nor in a rush. It's been 25 plus years since eating chicken fried steak. So why not "the sandwich " ate at 1130 am.. didn't even think of food till 7pm.Definitely feeling. I think everyone eating lunch ordered that sandwich..?
I was served a frozen corn dog. I tried to call and talk to them and they didn't answer the phone. Went into the store to complain. There was no manager on duty. I saw an open Coors light can on the prep table on the counter. I was told I had to return tomorrow to talk to manager. I would give a 0 star review but I can't.
Good food, you're gonna spend a lil more then fast food places, but the taste was worth it for me. The white gravy is very tasty, I had the chicken fried chicken and it was very easy to eat. Will be back!
We called in our order and still had to wait 40 minutes in the drive up space. We Finally Received our order and everything was cold. This isn't the first time the food has been wrong . definitely will not be back
I would have given them less if I could. They have no real sense of urgency here.I waited just as long for my remade food on my second trip here for the night for one little steak dinner and an order of okra they didn't get in my order in the first place.They never give me my entire order and I always have to make a second trip there to get everything. Just one time I would like to buy dinner for me and my family and actually be able to eat it with them. Thanks for the $106.00Cold steak dinner delrancho. That I get to now eat alone... awesomeness!
Got the cheeseburger and fries with a side of gravy. All was delicious! Theirs is my favorite gravy to dip my fries in. Worked at a Del Rancho in Guthrie as a teen and found it funny that you know when gravy is done because it started smelling like buttered popcorn.
If I could give a half of a star I would..... Cold food gravy all over the place coming out of the container.... Cold Fry's.... No fork.... Called back in and sat here for almost an hour... And when they finally came out.... I get told were always short handed.... This is NOT how u run a restaurant
Cold day we went. Service is okay. Food looked better than it taste. They had employees there but the fact the some of them did not want to be helpful made Service extremely slow. The girls were trying to do multiple jobs but the guys were not as helpful. I think that with enough employees everything would have been better and could have given 5 starts. They get 4 because of the girls trying so hard
Surprisingly good, the food quality was amazing, and the staff was very friendly.The dining area is small however efficient.This was our first time visiting and definitely would recommend this location. Everything was prepared fresh, chicken fried steak was the winner.
Still the best drive-in experience in Oklahoma! It is always comforting to re-visit an old favorite and find the food to be exactly as incredible as you remember. Everything is made as ordered so expect to wait a little bit longer than some other places. My chicken fried chicken supreme was well worth the wait. The service was genuinly friendly and most accommodating.I will be back to enjoy this treasure of an Oklahoma City original again real soon.
