Friendly staff and very entertaining
One star because zero isn’t an option. Mother’s Day, the one day we wanted zero worries, zero headaches and to enjoy a meal prepared for us and to have fun celebrating. Absolutely not the case. We had reservations for 12:45 I would say we ordered food at 1:00 food came out at 2:17 cold, burnt, and disgusting. The “kitchen manager” offered free cake to dissolve the situation and flat out said he would not comp any meals. I left a whole plate of untouched food as the chicken wasn’t even edible. Every table was served before we were to include the party room that served presidency over anyone else. Our children left upset and crying because after a 3 hour ordeal we were completely over the service, lack of respect for paying customers and refused to give another dollar to this establishment. Needless to say the only positive thing is we spent time together and the bartender who was made to be responsible for waiting on a table he had no business waiting on made good drinks, just unfortunately we had to wait an additional 45 min to get a second drink order or refills. So thanks Dave and Busters for the HORRIBLE JOB of making Mother’s Day 2022 memorable.
BAR REVIEW*We sat at the bar for about an hour. The bar was not busy. 8 to 10 people max. We ordered 4 drinks. We had to wave down the bar tender every single time to get service. All employees behind the bar would rather mingle with other employees than serve the customer. Returned 1 drink because it tasted awful and there was absolutely no alcohol in the drink. When I closed out my tab the waiter gave me the bill that only had the total on it. I asked for a itemized bill to see if the bad drink was taken off my total. She gave me attitude and said she gave me a free beer to compensate for the "bad drink". Is the beer the same price as a mixed drink??? At this point we just wanted to leave. I gave this review 2 stars because the nachos where great. Drinks and bar service not so much. We won't be back. Main Event will get our money from now on.
If you want to spend money to be treated like an inconvenience, visit this location. The manager was kind after his bar staff treated my party like complete trash. Still waiting on his district manager to follow up, but we’ll see. This place will never get mine or anyone I knows business!
I took my kids during spring break. The service was ok. I think there was some confusion with the waitstaff, or maybe I was confused. One lady came up and said I can order for myself on my phone then a little while later another lady came up and wanted to take my order.I definitely took the second lady up because I go to a restaurant to pay for service not do the ordering myself. The lady was super nice and helpful. The kids loved their food but mine was just ok.The booth we sat at had food on the wall so I would say the cleanliness was subpar.The games were fun and in the words of my son “my mind is blown” by all the different ones to choose from.In the end we will probably eat somewhere else but go back for the games.
The staff is wonderful, our server for food ahead of time was the best! So attentive and speedy! The two stars down is for the amount of credits I wasted on broken games, there already aren't many considering the massive size of this place (imagine one of those "this could have been an email" meetings, and that's this location). Overall a good experience, the games that work are directly what you'd expect. Although non-ticket giving games you would think would be cheaper than those that give tickets, also incorrect at this location. Some of these games are INCREDIBLY expensive to play.
Horrible! Now, they make you order your own food. You have to try to figure out how to navigate their jacked up phone order system and detail whatever changes might need to be made. If you want to talk about NO service, here it is! Then they want you tonpaybfor your food and tip without doing anything but dropping it off at your table. What a joke. They didn't I.D. the table for the liquor order either. Nice job, you need watch out for what your underaged teens can get into. We will NEVER return. If this is your thing, well, enjoy. Also, it's expensive! No service and overpriced. Ridiculous
Love coming here, always a great time! I came in a few days ago, a machine broke while I was playing it and then Dakota fixed the machine super fast wit great customer service! All of the staff there has great customer service in my experience. They also have great food and drinks.
Games were fun. Service not so great. Meals brought out at completely diff times where the first person meal finished before the second arrived. After dropping second plate nobody offered ketchup or other condiments and after waiting had to eat a dry burger cause no wait staff around. Finally came to check when down to last few bites of burger. Drink was completely empty as well. Server should check on customer 3 bites into meal or within 2 minutes to ensure customer is happy with meal. A customers drink should never go empty especially in a not very busy restaurant. It’s sad when the kids pizza taste better than the burgers.
I came up here last Friday with my family and we had a great time! When we first came in the people at the front didn't seem super enthusiastic to get us set up, but when we got to the games we started having a blast. We had some trouble figuring out how to get a couple of the games going, so we asked for some help from one of the guys walking around named Lowell and he was very helpful and super funny! Anytime we had some trouble I went to find him and he was more than happy to help and would crack us up with something he'd say when he was done helping. Great place and really good customer service!
