Good... when they have what u order, if they are out of it let it be known, not after it's paid for online and have to figure out how to get a refund. So irritating to be on this site for something as simple as putting "unavailable" on what you are out of. Lucky I gave it 2 stars. Just a straight up pain for expensive ice cream, which I didn't mind paying. Not again.
This store ruined my Grandsons birthday cake and could have cared less about it. Didn't put the correct words on top and the cake actually looks me its molded with how the frosting was done. The staff were completely rude about it. We will get a full refund- if you don't know how to decorate a cake, then don't. This cake had my daughter in tears when she went to pick it up- not to mention it was over $40.00. Thanks for ruining a surprise we can't do over again. :(
Friendly staff. It appeared to be the end of a busy day and they were out of over half of their flavors and out favorite add-ins. Although disappointed we drove across town and they didn't have our favorite flavors or add-ins, we still enjoyed our frozen treats.
The Sunday bar we had for our company was a hit! Great option for afternoon appointments and their custom icecream cakes are the absolute best in town .Highly recommend !!

Do not order the ice cream cake it will look nothing like the photo and I’ll make you pay in advance we shall see how it taste I may be adding more to this
Came into this location yesterday. There was a foul smell as if maybe a sewer line was backed up or broken. The lady that helped us seemed like she wishes we hadn't come in. Looked like she was the only person working. Could have been just and off day.
We paid like 14 dollars plus a tip for two cones and the girls at the counter won't give you a cup of tap water. I understand wanting to make a profit but that's ridiculous.
3 items ordered to be delivered…an hour and a half and $35 later, our three melted items were delivered. The chocolate shake had absolutely NO flavor!!Never again…..
