Cheese sauce does not taste fresh more like warm a bag up with water... has different taste then others. Most Mexican restaurants give you 2 plates if you order the double fajitas which we did, this place doesn't. Representation of food did not meet expectations. Flavor of fajita meat had after taste, yuck. Flavors were not there. Rice had crunchy bits in every bite. 1st time and would not recommend this establishment... too much went wrong in today's lunch on a Sunday 3/2022 @noon
The great thing about this restaurant....? I have never had a bad experience. The Staff is very welcoming and quick service. The food has great flavors, as I have tried multiple menu items. My fan favorite is the beef fajita or Chimichanga dinner meal. I tend to watch other servers to see the quality of their work and have never disappointed. This is a great representation of the management at this location. Always will recommend!

It had been years since I had eaten here at Cocina De Mino. The beans & rice were really good! The spicy green salsa was great too. Unfortunately the pork chile verde was mediocre. The only tender pieces were the really small pieces & the verde sauce was more like paste. It definitely needs work, but I'm sure it can be improved.
My experience was great. The waitress was quick to take my order and the kitchen staff made sure everything was hot and fresh.
Friendly and fast service and good food. Plenty of space for large groups. Be warned though and check your receipt when you have large groups as they add gratuity in the price. Not sure why places still do that, they would get a ton more in tips if they didn't add it in. I know our group would've given more if they hadn't added it in.
Me and my children stopped by to have lunch. The cheese sauce was lacking cheese flavor. The refried beans was lacking flavor. The rice was good and the guacamole was tasty. We had the chicken fajitas with grilled shrimp. The shrimp had a strong shrimp flavor and the fajitas needed more green bell peppers. I should have had the tamales. I'm sure it would have been great.Honestly I don't think we will be back.
I love this place one of the very few I have got my BF to try , and he loves it too ,great food ,even better service, always have a good time going here ,will be returning
