Went in for lunch at 11am. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came from the back and noticed me. Ordered Phili cheese and California club. Time to pay and the cc machine wasn’t working. Was told I have to pay cash. I had the cash. Got home to eat and the California club was a turkey sandwich. Really disappointed with the visit. I went to school with the Blevins brothers, really disappointed at how the sandwich shop has declined. Like they don’t care anymore.
The staff was nice and the food was good. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.
This use to be my favorite spot but now I’m never coming back here..a lady here working the register was so rude to me and doesn’t know basic terminologies for a Sandwhich. The other guy who works here is super nice which is why I’m giving the second star. But no way would I chance getting treated like that again.

This specific location doesn't wipe down the tables and is a little messy. If it is 7 pm or later and your go in for ice tea and they are out, they won't make any more. The soda machine is broken. Have watched multiple people get squirted on. Most of the sodas are also flat. You bring it to the attention of the staff and they give you then same excuse "we are having problems with Pepsi company". Tried the soup the other day, it was cold. And after several tries of the same hot sandwich on the grill, I have come to the conclusion there is no consistency. No one is trained the same. Will try again in a couple of weeks to see if anything has changed.
Felt like I was bothering them. For what I paid for the Philly cheese steak it would be nice to actually get my monies worth. Could barley tell there was any on there. So sad.

The broccoli and cheese potato never leaves me astray it is so yumm!
The pot roast potato was excellent. The triple decker club was terrible. It hardly had any meat or cheese or tomato on it. It was basically all bread. We used to get them all the time and they were good. This time it was not worth the money at all.
Food was good, even if it was microwaved. But employees are really young and not very perfessional.
