Good food, great taters! But their delivery is the worst! Not sure who they use, but omg, they pull people 30mins away to deliver their food, every damn time. That 30 mins is in addition to what they estimate. I order off their site because I hope it supports them more, but if there is an alternative I will take it. It's no biggie if all my stuff ordered is cold...but really hot stuff, it's a no go. So, if you can pick up or eat there gofor it! And get a potatoe. Otherwise it's an hard pass.
Can you guess what is in the picture? I got this for myself and my son laughed so hard when he opened this to check for his food. I guess I have City Bites to thank for that at least, you made my teen laugh which is hard to do these days. The last time I got what is pictured below it was open faced with the outside crust facing up, cheese melted over that and it was cut like a pizza. It’s a grilled cheese. I’ll just skip that from now on and take a break from here for a while. I have eaten here a ton in the past and for the most part it’s consistent, obviously the 2 grilled cheese issues and then a couple baked potato issues but overall not bad when it’s a good day. I also got a potato this visit that tasted weird, a ton of bacon and no butter. Guess you win some, you lose some. I do appreciate you alls hard work either way.
Went here for a quick bite Saturday night because I was in the area and was very pleased! Food was yummy and service was great. Though they didn’t have any potatoes ready, Hannah helped me pick a great sandwich. Which says a lot, considering how picky I am. Restraunt was very clean which made it a great rounded experience. Will definitely be back!

Great locally owned sandwich shop. They also have great spuds and salads. Their catering is really good too.
I just want to put in a good word for the employees at your Northpark location. I visit at least weekly, and today was the busiest I have ever seen that store at peak lunch time. Everyone was working very hard and was extremely kind, especially given the barage of in-store, call-in, online, and drive through orders. Food was reliably delicious.
Crystal and the staff members are amazing ????you made a first timer a regular customer. Thank you all so much. The food was fantastic ???

Worst service ever. I admit I selected the wrong pick up time so I attempted to call but they never answered, just let it ring and ring. Went to location and they refused to make my sandwich early. WTF. It's just a turkey sandwich how can you not make it early that all you serve is sandwiches. On top of that you made the wrong sandwich dummies!
