This City Bites location is AMAZING. They actually answer the phone and have great customer service! Also, Joshua that is working right now (it's April 11, 2022) 6:25pm. He needs a raise! He's so very nice. Thank you so very much! I'm always going to this location from now on bc the one off of 39th and MacArthur, never answers their phone and always gets every order wrong and they hang up on you. So thank you Walker Ave. Location!!! You guys ROCK!!!
Everyone was nice but the food quality has gone down drastically. Sandwich’s have very thin slices of meat. Only 3 thin slices of meat in the sandwich. All I taste is bread. It was flavorless and not what I’m use to getting from them. Potato was over cooked and completely shriveled up. They tried to spread it to look bigger but it had no filling under the pound of sour cream the put on it to hide the old dried out potato. Since the pandemic I have come a few times and I’m more disappointed each time. Will not be returning time to move on.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a sandwich and selected “no cheese” under the customize section. We received a sandwich with no cheese, or any other toppings like lettuce, Mayo, tomatoes. When we contacted the store, they waited until the next day to respond. Then wanted a picture proof, then told us we should have written it down in a “special instructions” box as well. First, very late response. Second, we shouldn’t need picture proof. Third, why do we have to write instructions in a box it we selected it during the order process? Fourth, why do we need to write instructions that we still want regular toppings? They were not helpful at all and would not resolve our issue.
