My girlfriend got us two spuds from this City Bites on 70th and Western and they microwaved them to DEATH!! When I say they were brick hard on the outside, I mean just that!! I was in disbelief that they would even have the nerve to serve them to their customers. Get me once shame on you, get me twice shame on me. It won't happen again! Thanks but no thanks!!
Great sandwiches at a decent price. I made the mistake of ordering the burger sandwich (I forgot that I had been here before and ordered the same thing). It is just a couple of slider covered in a ton of lettuce. I will say, it is definitely more of a sandwich than a burger which is impressive to do without changing the ingredients. Regardless, the sandwiches are good and the restaurant is themed interestingly.
Love this place. The decor is so fun and amazing. Remember coming to the one in tulsa as a kid. The food is also great and has always been my favorite sandwich place. The staff was very friendly and I look forward to coming back anytime im in okc.
Lunchtime favorite!! Easily made two meals, they’re baked potatoes are huge! We ordered the loaded original and added mesquite chicken to it. Simply delicious!
City Bites is the best sandwich shop in OKC. To me, the cherry peppers are what makes this place special. My current order is a veggie (minus oils and plus turkey and cheese). This means I get sprouts and avocado, which makes it better than just the turkey provolone. I am also very fond of the mesquite chicken potato and the peanut butter swirl cookie. Don’t skip the soft drink. City Bites always has “soft” ice pellets, another Oklahoma specialty!
Great service and delicious Backed potatoes my son had never had it and he was really enjoyed it
Love this place and location. Super friendly manager, food is always great… one of my favorite quick stops for lunch or dinner in this area. Never had a bad experience there!
Never again will I come here. Tried to call in my order 20 mins before I got there. 12 times I tried to call and every time it was busy. The lady Danny?? Told me that they were busy on the phones. Not a single call the whole time I was in there. Found out that the lady has the phone off the hook. Real good for business there. I was gonna buy 30.00 worth of food but because I couldn't call in my order it was down to 10.00 because I didn't have time to wait. I will not spend my money here again and that lady should be fired for leaving the phone off so people can't order. She was so rude and told me to order online. I can't order online when I am driving. Edit to this post. Her name is Sandy. When I finally got through to talk to her... she called me Karen for voicing my complaint to her as a manager and hung up on me. This is the worst customer service ever and I will never go back.
City Bites serves Mountain Dew!!! I am not sure which tasty delicious well-made sandwich I ate, but I got Mt Dew with it. City Bites is a good place to eat lunch.
Went through the drive thru on my lunch break (which is only 30 minutes) and sat in line and hadn't even ordered for 25 minutes. I was told to give them a second before they would take my order and there was 4 cars ahead of me, which they cleared the line and when the last car left they still took forever to take my order and then asked me to repeat what I wanted halfway through my order. If you want lunch from here dont go on your lunch break
