Every time we go there our order is always messed up and the macaroni nd cheese is always burnt like they've scrapped the bottom of the pan.
Worst place to eat chicken now. The pandemic got nobody coming out to work.
Worst ever dine in closed at 630. Waited for 49 minutes for an of Texes family meal and corn ? andextra jalapeno. Waited for another 20min minutes I paid good money for this and then it's not right .
It was horrible the chicken was burnt with old grease they were out of mac n cheese I ordered the Texas grande I won't go back to this location again
This Churches chicken is a great place if you want fried chicken,okra,tenders.etc..I had the sandwich n asked if they would cook it fresh.They had no problem doing that n in a timely matter.My food was hot n fresh.plus All management here are kind n professional n will sort out any problems...The only churches that's better is the Moore store.ok,I'm the Daycook at Moore n if you want Good fresh chicken stop by the Moore store during the day.

1/ The store has a phone number but they don't answer for assistance.2/ They don't pay attention, I placed an order online and they sent me something else.Maybe that's why they don't answer the phone to help customers after messing up.Bad customer service ?
Drive through was so slow, they made us park, and then on top of that out mashed potatoes and Cole slaw was half filled...This place used to be good.
Inconsistent staff, I was able to get my food free bc they weren't paying attention. Chicken was hot and fresh however. Long wait time.
This is the best Church's Chicken on the South side I do believe I've tried them all friendly people great service and really good chicken the best chicken in town can be found here with a smiling helpful professional staff nice and clean interior and exterior with a great drive-thru window !!?
