They got the order wrong and didn't give the items we asked for. Was charged for said items that we didn't get and we went back and they had a fit. They still didn't get the order right. The chicken wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I don't see how they can screw up an order since all of the items we order appear on a screen and if we need another sack, the order number should be on every sack. My sister in law went to go into the store, only to be told she had to go through the drive thru.
Worst experience in any restaurant ever. I asked for honey mustard and gravy. She said you can have one and pay for another. I said ok, that's fine. Then she threw My card at me and said I was rude? I asked how was I rude by saying I'd pay for the extra? She said get out of my restaurant before I call the cops. I said please do, because this makes no sense. I asked to speak to her manager. She said she was the manager. I said let me talk to your owner then, and she said I don't have to give you anyone's number,churches please watch the camera footage.
Went to use a coupon. Lady got irate so she had it coming back. Then when I had something to say she called the police. This is the 2nd time I've had a issue with coupon usage. I will never go here again. Whoever was working tonight should be fired. I'm Done with that place. If I treated my customer as such, I would not have a job.3/23/22 I plan on a lawsuit the way I was treated. I was trying to provide for my family and I was dealing with a person who had a rough day I suppose. I work all day and I believe I should not have to deal with a attitude when I've been working all day.
Chicken was fresh. Drive thru speaker very low making it very hard to communicate. Please fix this!!
If I could give a big fat 0 I would. I rating on what I witnessed because I didn't order anything. They didn't give my party any napkins, the door was locked they didn't give someone their item & was nasty about giving it poor @** customer service & glad I didn't get nothing will not at this location
THIS IS THE WORST CHURCH'S CHICKEN EVER... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS HORRIBLE, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE HAD BAD ATTITUDES. THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED AND REPLACED!!! I WENT BACK INSIDE BECAUSE THEY FORGOT SOMETHING FROM OUR ORDER AND WHEN DOING SO THEY ALL IGNORED ME, THEN AFTER SO LONG OF WAITING I THOUGHT THE LADY SPOKE TO ME SO I REPLIED ONLY FOR HER TO BE EVEN MORE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. IF YOU'RE WANTING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! IT WAS LITERALLY THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED HANDS DOWN!
Chicken was real greasy & they messed up my order PLUS dining inside was closed....everybodys dining areas are open now days...will not go back to that 1 in del city
I wanted 6 spicy tenders & 2 large sides.I got 6 regular tenders & 2 small sides.
Was told can't get sandwich here because machine is broke. Hasn't been sandwiches for 2 months. I wasn't aware a "machine" made sandwiches. I guess the human workers couldn't put the chicken between a set of buns. So ordered chicken finger meal (which could have been put on buns for sandwiches) and proceeded to wait an absurd 30 min in line for the food. All while watching 5 of 6 workers through the windows just standing and laughing and playing around. Asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce and they were too busy playing I guess to remember to include it in the bag. Lady at the window gave an insincere apology for the wait and never offered an explanation or anything at all for the extremely long wait and inconvenience. I'm guessing from the location and the appearance/age of the workers and the building this a regular occurrence and ownership is ok with the loss of revenue and bad reviews. This location is on its last leg AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
If you want good food this is the Church's Chicken you want to go to on the Southside I believe it's off of 15th and sunnylane. They're a little slow but the customer service is good and the food is good
