I came through the drive thru and my food was old, I got freshly hot tea. And the customer service in the drive through and front counter were non existent. I asked for a refund and she Barcela the Mangt, grabbed the food off the counter looked through it and took it in the back( which is so weird being there is covid) she was beyond rude in the drive-thru and the front counter, the other employees were standing around looking lost. She returned from the back with balled up money a dollar and a five no receipt. I asked for a copy she stated she needed the receipt. She was really rude and I just wanted a refund because I wasn’t satisfied with my service.To the manger I hope your day gets better so you can provide the service needed in this community.
Been at this church's 3 times.1st time was good2nd time dinner was not opened, but drive through was3rd time no one talk to us or anyone in line and never got waited onThere will not be a 4thGet real help
Went to the drive thru, we were not acknowledged at all after saying hello so many times . We waited so long , so we finally went up to the window, and we seen employees just standing around on their phones talking and talking with no uniform hats at all, some wearing headphones as well. We still ordered but felt disrespected when we seen our order taker looking at us and laughing. Not coming back here again .
This is the slowest church's thats left in okc with the most rudest employee i order a family meal online and when i arrived at the store there were customers inside with food in hand as i approached they let the woman out and slammed the door in my face the customer then said they closed lobby just let her in smh i will never pick up a door dash order here again or order for my family
I love the chicken but the workers need improvement. I ordered a 2 pieces of chicken meal and the lady insisted I order a drink because it came with the meal and I already had glass of tea so I didn't need it. She about lost her mind and cut my order. I went to the window and the cook took my order and he didn't see a problem. People are strange. Live great my friends
People who work here are very rude and unprofessional. They also will not give you everything you order. Then if you say anything be prepared for them to make you feel like you are lying. They will also ignore you tell you say something to them. Very rude, wish I didn't have to give them one star to leave a review.
Good quality, friendly service. Dining room could be more inviting.

The food is so dang fresh we bought 3 combo meals and it was so satisfying considering we went to KFC last week on north May and the chicken was so old the homeless guy didn’t even want it he said it looked nasty lol
