The last time I visited Charles Entertainment Cheese he was animatronic. My daughter recently got invited to a birthday party here, and I was surprised that Mr. Cheese is now played by an essential pandemic worker, so kudos for taking one job back from the robots, humans!The Kid experience is off the charts, and the adult experience is improved from the 80's.. the addition of edible pizza is a great upgrade from 30 years ago.Since classic arcades died, the games are pretty much all casino games for tickets anymore, but that's hardly the fault of Mr. Cheese. All in all a pretty great kid birthday party experience.
We have not been to a Chucky Cheese for about 12 years. Recently we were there for a birthday party my youngest daughter was invited to. The location was very clean and the staff friendly. I loved that the kids were able to play unlimited games for 2 hours! I fully expected her to run out of the token given at the party and have to purchase more for her. I love the 2 hour game pass! The gentlemen at the door (I think the manager) helped her collect her prizes. He was super upbeat and very friendly! I am pretty sure she didn't have enough tickets to get the little $2 stuffed animal she got, in fact she spent most of the party on the roller coaster, photo booth and watching other play games. She didn't really understand the concept of winning tickets.... the gentleman gave the animal to her when she said that is what she wanted. It made her night! Five stars for this location! I am sure we will be back, my little girl has already asked to return.
Respectable staff. Doing their best and helpful. Games don't give as many tickets but we did receive points for using the app!
Kids went to a birthday party and had a blast...Birthday boy was terrified of the giant mouse . Great food good timed

This is the cleanest and most well run CEC we’ve ever been to. We had a great experience! Managers were kind and employees super helpful.
My daughter set up a birthday party for my great grandson. They really made him feel really special and all the kids had a really great time.
We had a blast. The staff at this location made us feel like we were the only people there even though the facility was full of families having birthday celebrations. I will definitely be back. We honestly would come back just because it is a Tuesday. The whole family (adults included)had fun.
The staff was great. Not many people bu the time we went. So we fill like we own the place.
I had a party the party was great. My party host Ethan was wonderful. My issue was with the manager Amanda. I had some older kids (middle school age) at the party. At the basketball game an associate had told them to stop playing so rough. They continued. Instead of them saying something to the parents they took the balls from all the kids. I didn't find out about the situation until after the balls were taken. This should have been handled different. Not every person in the facility should have been punished for what a couple were doing. Parents should ALWAYS be involved when an issue arises.
