I remember coming here back in the day when I myself was a child. This location is where everyone in my town went since it was the closest location. As this may not be an issue every single time, This is an issue that only takes once to become a huge problem. When a fairly large party shows up and eats the food, then all of sudden everyone becomes ill with stomach issues, This is a problem. I truly hope my friend who paid for the bill can get some actual resolution from Chuck E Cheese as this horrified all of us.
We just had a birthday party today at this location. Things were slow and hectic due to other parties being moved to this location due to a water outage at another store. This was fine and I just asked a few times to see how much longer for pizza, no big deal. Our hostest was sweet and tried her best during a hectic time. However, the cheese pizza has made multiple people from our party sick with stomach pain and diarrhea! Awful pains to where I was in tears once arriving home. Their pizza is the only thing I ate today but I can't speak for everyone else. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I did not catch her name but she was the party manager. All I got was an apology and that I should call corporate. I told her she needs to check to make sure they aren't using expired ingredients or something along those lines or they'll make more people sick. She apologized again and gave me the corporate number as I'm sure that's just what they're trained to do in this situation. I feel like I should've been offered atleast a refund on the pizza as I just spent almost $500 dollars at their establishment for my son's birthday. Something was wrong with that pizza and I should've known when the cheese turned to rubber after sitting on the table for 10 minutes. I will call corporate and see what my options are once I'm feeling better but I wanted to warn other people before they go. I'm not sure if they did anything at all after my phone call but I sure hope they atleast checked their food before serving it to more people.
It was nice and my son enjoyed his self so I know I’ll be back
My daughter absolutely loves this place and I love taking her there but for as much money we spend my daughter could get a little better toy for as cheap as they are If you was to buy the toy outright from the store it cost you $10 or $15 but you buy it from them it would cost about $60 or you spend a $150 to get enough tickets to get a $5 toy other than that its awesome.
We love it at chuckee cheese this is the best location to go too! The staff is extremely helpful and sooo nice all the time

Won't be planning my party here..I went as a guest of a party today and it was severely lacking!!!1- host had to found (Cody)2- Cody literally was there to say who he was and get the food order3- someone else brought the pizza and drinks4- another person had to say the child's name and age during the dance!!5- the parent had to serve everything and clean up!!6- another person, I never got her name but she had platinum blond hair and had a purple shirt on, cut the cake!!7- I watched a ton of people leave or walk in and get stamped or scanned to make sure they were leaving with the right adults.8- customers cleaned tables themselves so they could sit down.9- I really wanted to apply to work for CEC again because I loved working as a B.C. and game room attendant but after seeing what I saw, I will pass.10- the drink station was so sticky, I could hear my shoes sticking to my floor when I got home today after the party. The lady with purple shirt, was awesome!! She made sure the birthday child got in the ticket blaster, and cut the cake, and brought the pizza and drinks. Cody shouldn't be manager if he can't multitask. When I worked for C.E.C I saw mangers handle parties and their duties, I even watched Birthday Coordinators have to do party's and check on other party's and handle getting everyone's food out.11- the count down for Chuck E to come out got turned off!! You guys couldn't spare at least 1 person who wasn't a hostess to do Chuck E? There were parents who were excited for their kids to see him and it not happen, I was there for over 3 hours!!
We did a birthday party here. They did AMAZING! Our hostess was very attentive and the kids had a blast!
Had a great time. The staff was very professional and helpful. It's seems like the prizes are more attainable. I may be fooling myself but that's how it seemed.We were able to get something that normally would seem to need a lot of points for.
Glad we noticed the skinny kid with the dark hair come out from the kitchen touching things along the way to the front where he started stamping hands only to walk back to the kitchen and prepping food all with the same gloves. We decided not to eat there but now it's late and our child is hungry because we had to go elsewhere. Safe to say, that was our last time there.
