Lots of games and photo ops for little ones… grandson kept looking for tickets. Had a good time.
My son had a birthday party here last night and everything was unorganized. No host greeted us we had to find our table. There were no straws in the kids cups way into the party and it took forever to get play cards and adult drink cups. (Mind you adult food, drink and kids party package was booked in advance) The host we had was very nice but everything felt extremely unorganized.
We had our grandson's birthday party there on 2'sday 2-22-2022 and all the staff were friendly, courteous and made it fun for everyone ❣️ We look forward to the next grandson's party in the near future ???????
This location was perfect and out party time was even more perfect because it was not crowded at all! Can't wait to go back just for a visit, there are booths available that are very accommodating.The service was so so, to not be busy and a scheduled party things seemed behind and delayed. that and kiddoz, not a good mix.
It's ok for a last minute idea to take kids to but i wouldn't plan a day around it. Most games are coin games but you use a card for everything. Staff was pretty rude and flat out lied to us and admitted it to another employee as we walked away.
There was only one other family they could not control their rude children, pushing and knocking my kids out of the way to play games. The employees had no knowledge of anything. The manager acted as if she didn't know about the deal her company advertised, and when we were walking away told the employee how they handle the situation but because I could not pull it up on my phone before getting frustrated with her ignorance I walked away. Then she told her new employee if they can't prove it we don't have to do anything about it but normally we would give the child a cookie or something. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT! By the way Mrs. Rude Manager here is the offer... You should not be working around children if you are so cheap you can't give two two year old twins a cookie. I might go back but it will be to a different location.
The pizza was great but the prices on the games isn't. Would be better to have the option of tokens as well as electronic.
Went for a birthday party. Everyone had a good time !!! Food was great and place was very clean. Will return
The pizza is surprisingly good, pricey but good. We had a birthday party for a 6 year old. It was very organized and I was able to relax right along with the kids running around being excited. Chuck E came out and stayed out for a good chunk of time during the party so we got a bunch of photo opps. Now my nephew wants his party at Chuck E cheese. It was worth the $26 I spent per kid for the party. They really take the stress out of hosting a bday party away from the parents. Also... They don't have the animatronic characters or the stage there anymore. There's only chuck E when he makes his appearance.
1111 is how many tickets Avery got in 60 mins way better than Norman......but she had a absolute blast...
