Just sat in line for half an hour for their rewards program to not work. I was two dollars short to cover the meal, and the manager turns around and throws the food in the trash before I can go get cash from my car. Said he was from Houston doing the best he could. If his best is the attitude I was shown then good riddance to this place. Going here for years and this place has consistently gone downhill since they lost their old manager.
This place has been consistently terrible since they lost their old manager, and today was the last straw for me. Sick of cold food, slow lines, and bad attitudes. Insane how quick this place went from great to terrible.
The worst location. So many examples.1. Online pickup orders 20-30 minutes late.2. Employees breaking health codes, like open tortilla package with their teeth then spitting the plastic in the chicken.3. Nobody ever says hello or thank you.4. Undercooked chicken.
Ordered ahead and it would have been faster to just show up and go through the line because my order wasn't ready for until 10+ minutes after it was promised. The order ahead people just sit the bags on a counter with the labels facing them so nobody who comes in can actually tell who any of the bags belong to. The food was okay. Not bad, but I've also had better Chipotle.
Ordered on door dash and DID NOT see an option for rice and beans.. On top of not being able to speak to someone at the store about my order. Never again.. I'm not in Oklahoma often, next time I'll choose a different location. So I'm basically sitting with toppings in a bowl.
Hi ya'll, this place is definitely not Spanish/Mexican, but is very tasty and filling. We saw a semi-long line that moved quickly. There were not too many toppings, but just enough to choose from. And several sauces ranging from mild to spicy. I like the free range/organic feel. Its not one of the cheapest fast foods out there, but I feel they are giving top quality for the money. It is def cheaper than the sit down mexican dinner, if your budgeting that is. We also enjoyed a self-serve, hibiscus fruit drink, instead of the same cola/tea choice of some other places.
This was awful. The manager didn't plan for chicken and they ran out with nothing on the grill everyone in line was upset. I had to take the so called steak which had no flavor. This franchise should be shuttered until some one competent can run it. I'm never coming back...stay away!
This location is only accepting online orders. They only had one of 5 doors unlocked. Not just no inside dining - you can’t even walk through the line to order. Also I watched an employee start taking people’s temps when they walked in the door? C’mon guys, it’s 2022 we’re over this Covid nonsense. Move on or lose business.
A typical Chipotle experience. I eat here fairly often, always get a burrito bowl with carnitas and barbacoa. Good stuff. Staff is very friendly and FAST.
Super disappointed by this chipotle. I worked for chipotle when I was a young kid, I remember their standards. However, this location is constantly dirty, even when it is not busy. The beans are always dry and hard. So sad to see a company I once thought was great letting their standards go so low.
