Smells like sewage in the parking lot AND IN THE RESTAURANT. OMG!the food is just that...food...nothing special except for the EXTRA smells!Will not be back....Customer service was good but my gawd people I feel like im in the back alleys in a 3rd world country.
This place steals money from you do not eat there...My meal cost 36 dollars and some change I did not have enough on my card which was why I paid 5 in cash and 31 and some change on my card so my meal was paid in full but instead these people charge my card for 35 and kept the five for a tip normally I would tip most places but not having the quality good service Like normal places would I did not leave a tip this time so just a heads up watch your money because this place will take money from you even if it's a couple dollars from me it's whatever but who knows who else they are stealing from! I'm a mom of 2 and don't have a lot and for them to do that just makes me disappointed..shame on them
My 1st and last time here.. our waitress sat our drinks at the other end of our table then ONLY refilled the ONLY guy that was with us drink NEVER checked on us.. then when we was ready to check out we asked if we can split the check in 2.. she seem like she really didn't want to and as I paid she realized I did NOT give her a tip she pushed my receipt.. As the other person was paying their half they gave her a $2 tip for the refill and she looked at it like it was 2 pennies.. money is earned not just given!! I do tip if I have good service or if I see the waitress or waiter working hard and she was neither.. worst..
Don’t eat here!! Would give 0 stars if I could.The last time we came it was kind of dirty but we tried again. This time there was no food on the buffet and we had to ask for them to put stuff out. They brought my kids styrofoam drinks out with soda all over them. We got our first plates when the food finally came out and my husband found a hair (that obviously wasn’t ours) in his food. My husband almost threw up and we tad to leave. The manager immediately got an attitude but They offered a $5 discount but we demanded my husbands buffet be taken off. They agreed but we had to get up and leave for them to do it. We didn’t eat and still had to pay $40. For the adjusted receipt, she snatched away from my husband who wanted to review it and gave it to me. Completely rude, gross and dirty.
I was excited to try this place because it’s not too far from my house prices were average you can see the bill I posted. The problem is the place isn’t very clean tables and benches look terrible and the food wasn’t very fresh maybe it’s because we went on New Year’s Day and they weren’t as busy as normal I don’t know. But the one thing I do know is the food had a lack of flavor except for some of the Chinese dishes weren’t too bad. The sushi they should take the bar away those are old and nasty.
Excellent food and very reasonable price. They always keep plat full. Always friendly staff. A good place to eat with families and friends.
I went around 4pm (dinner time) and most of the food including the sushi had been sitting out for a long time. It was lukewarm and stale. Very sad because this restaurant is nothing like it used to be. My server was nice tho.
The food was soooo good however the service wasn't acceptable. Our server, Anna, was quite rude. We would stack old plates at the back end of the table (to keep them away from our baby sitting at the other end). She, our server, would reach over our baby and my husband who was eating and grabbed the plates (not very carefully I might add). Server Etiquette (and really just common sense) says you DO NOT REACH OVER BABIES WITH ANYTHING. There was plenty of room for her to not do that. My husband would help by trying to pick up plates for her and she was rude about it. She would push his hand out of the way being stern saying "I got it, I got it". This service was 100% unacceptable!! Such a shame because the food is really good. The same server dropped a plate near our table spilling food on and nearby another customer. Anna needs re-training period.
Great food, excellent selection.
Decent selection of normal items plus has Mongolian grill and sushi. Food was pretty good. No waiting for 6 o'clock dinner. Staff courteous.
