I highly recommend this location! From the wait staff, Bartender, host and Management team! Keep up the fantastic customer service!
This seems to be an ongoing problem, slow service, lower quality food. Yes, I know the pandemic hit is all, but really, do you have no interest? Waited and we were just about to leave when our server returned. I know it’s hard. That no one wants to work. Others seems to have managed to put some snap into their steps. I love Chili’s but after the last couple of times at Memorial, won’t return until they make some changes.
Almost 10 minutes to get a drink order, it's been 15 more minutes and no food order, and my table is still dirty. And, look at the cup of water they brought me. Might be time for a health inspection.*update* almost an hour later and still no food............
The whole store is sticky. Sticky floors. Sticky seats. Sticky menus that obviously aren’t cleaned between uses because ours was covered in a sticky soda spill. The high chairs are sticky. The bathrooms- I guess none of the toilet paper dispensers work bc they were all empty and the toilet paper was placed on the floor. The employees were friendly but we ended up just leaving after our waiter disappeared. This person only had three tables total. It was very slow. Had to hunt someone down just to ask if we could pay for the chips and head out. Again, their attitudes were very nice and they were kind. So that was appreciated.
2nd time that my order has been wrong. Last time manager said she would email me $10 off credit and it never got sent. Ordered Cajun pasta with shrimp and it had no shrimp at all. I'll never go back to chili's on sw 19th in moore
My wife and I decided to go here after a long day and had an overall horrible experience. The waitress we had messed up our order in every way imaginable. First off we got the wrong appetizers. So we had to send them back. We then had to practically beg for silverware and napkins because we were given none. Then our entrees come out and my wife's entree was something completely different from what she ordered. The waitress came back with attitude (when she was the one who messed up our order) and my wife had to wait another 25 minutes for her food. Our desert that we ordered was hard as a rock and not good either. To top it off, when we got our check, our waitress had incorrectly charged us for a higher amount. Had to get the manager to fix it (who was very pleasant) but it was still a bad experience . 0/5 stars, would not come back.
Unfortunately this location has gone downhill. Our waitress was new but she was really sweet and the guy helping her was sweet. The food took extremely long to come out. I mean really long. When the appetizers arrived we got a stack of plates looks like straight out the dishwasher and the top plate was clean and the rest dirty. I told them no big deal no need to bring others. Waited a while for the food to come out and it was good. Appetizers good. Margarita of the month good. Really not a horrible experience but as I went to leave I wanted to drink my glass of water and when I went to put my straw in there were lemon seeds at the bottom of the glass. WOW! no I didn’t ask for lemon. The time before this I came and they were out of just about everything from the kids menu to full menu. Waiter apologized and could tell he had been running ragged that night. Again long wait for food to come out. I have loved Chili’s forever but this isn’t the Chili’s I remember and I hate COVID probably plays a role in this. Short staff and new can only do so much. So not a horrible experience but not the Chili’s experience you want to have. Even if it’s not a 5 star restaurant.
Had a really nice time here again. Our servers are always polite and attentive and our food has always been delicious. It's clean, friendly staff, great vibe and atmosphere, plenty of parking, handicap accessible. It's just a really nice place to take your family out for dinner.
I never write reviews, and as a person along with family who work in the restaurant industry we are extremely baffled at the multiple bad experiences at this location and our experience tonight really just put it all together. If I could sum it quick, let me say this to literally just go to any other location. As the others reviews say yes there is no host ever. Let me also mention don’t bother trying to call this place they will not pick up by choice. Continuing on, the server tonight was the worst service we’ve ever encountered. There was no other tables for him yet somehow we were still treated as a handful. He brings the food out after the longest wait. I could tell it was not the kitchen’s fault because the food was cold by the time they brought it out. We received no updates on that, or an apology. The server overall was no where to be found really before the food was brought out. When he does bring out the food he quickly leaves and does not ask if everything was okay. He also did did not bring out the one thing we asked for the entire time we were there. When we point it out because we figured it was just forgotten because things happen he seems extremely annoyed and even made mockery faces once he walked away thinking we were not going to see. When he brings the item out it was also in a rude way. Lastly, as I finished up paying he stops us at the door to give us another receipt to obviously complain on the lack of tip. You got to have some audacity to do that with such terrible service thinking it was deserved. It was just honestly funny at that point how suddenly we deserved attention at the end there but none during the time we were there.
Service was superb, food was yummy and very fast and the drink was just as stiff as you could ask for
