I opted for an appetizer and house salad. Appetizer was fries with cheese and etc toppings. Cheese congealed and food could be picked up in one piece. Asked for a straw that I saw others having. Was told server would look for one. I asked twice and got same response. After that I gave up. She was a nice girl but I would have preferred a straw or just told that she'd looked and they were out. Rather than to hear she was going to look and then nothing.
Our waiter Darius seemed good at first, we order a coke and a coconut margarita, someone brought us 2 cokes. We sent one back. Got a regular margarita. We ordered appetizers, queso and chips and sw egg rolls we got chips and salsa. Egg rolls were great when they finally came. We ordered a steak dinner and a burger dinner. When he brought the food he sat it down and immediately walked away. We were floored. He didn’t ask if we needed anything let alone steak sauce. He finally came back around and I got a side of mayonnaise for the burger. Ranch burger that did not have the sautéed onions on it at all. We got our bill of $74 that was charged with 2 cokes and queso we didn’t receive. This was so disappointing. We paid and got our boxes with our dinner we didn’t eat because quality wasn’t good let alone great. We won’t come back here. Terrible service. Train your employees better

Always get more food than you need for such a great price. They did just update their meal deals. The 3 for $10 is now 3 for $10.99 and the $25 meal for two has cheesecake for desert in place of the fudge volcano thing and the skillet cookie no longer comes with ice cream.
I eat at chili's all the time the food is what it is. I am leaving 5 stars because yhe staff is amazing. Bo took amazing care of us. They really all worked as a team. Everyone was friendly and inviting. Which I have found is rare lately. Thank you all for helping us have a great visit. We will be back.
The waitress Samantha was amazing my family a group of 14 meet up for dinner Saturday night and was having a great time. The food was served cold to make a long story short we spent over $300.00 for food more than half of us didn't even eat due to the cooks lack of understanding! We still paid for the meals and made sure Samantha was taken care of because she tried her best to take care of us. We will never go back to this establishment to eat!! Tish Smith
Our waitress Lauren was exceptional. I didn't quite like what I ordered but everybody else seemed to really enjoy their meal. So overall it was a good experience.
Chili's is our go to spot to relax and for a drink. Never disappointed. Service is always great, highly recommend the Long Island iced tea.
Waiting to be seated took a little bit, no one noticed us at first. We ordered steak fajita, bacon burger, and mango habanero chicken, and 2 iced teas and a strawberry lemonade. Steak fajita was cold and strawberry lemonade had a metal shaving in it that I sucked up through my straw. We told our waitress(who was pretty good) she said she'd tell her manager. We didn't hear anything after that. We told her we just wanted to make sure no one else has that problem. Nothing was offered and manger didn't apologize. We weren't looking for anything free but it was just passed off like we go around with metal shavings and throw them in our drinks.
Hubby's order was somehow forgotten (hence, the 3 stars). He was offered to order again, but by then my grandson and I already had our food so we shared mine. Southwestern egg rolls were great. Kid's pizza was good.
