Worst experience ever. Went in for an early lunch (1-2pm) with my children. Walked in no one was there to greet us. The was the lady at the time working the bar. She looked up and saw us and said nothing. Not a “hello” not a “someone will be with you momentarily” absolutely nothing. She went right back to chatting to some gentlemen sitting at the bar. Eventually, someone came out to greet and seat us. After being seated and careful thought my children and I decided to just leave. We decided against ordering.
We took our family of 4 to dinner for our daughters 16th Birthday. It was super busy while we were there but our waiter was absolutely amazing!! He was on top of not just our table but all of his tables. Super friendly & always smiling. The only complaint I have was they forgot my husband drink and we asked for it a few times and finally it was brought(but they were very busy, so we were not angry). They did bring our daughter a desserts for her birthday which they charge a $1.50 for. Our food was hot. Fresh, & amazing as always. I recommend this Chili's & will continue yo keep going back.

Visited a family member who studies nursing at Oklahoma City University. This location was quite decent. Ordered five, 3 for 10 orders. Everything was hot, well seasoned, crisp, and juicy. Moderate inflow of traffic. Pleasant staff. Our waitress was Beth. Recommendations would be to make sure the seating and underneath is clean. Otherwise, great service!
Food is ok, drinks are better. However, the time it took to get our food, maybe you guys need to hire more crew members not only in the kitchen but FOH too. Maybe pay them better to stay. Just a thought. Also, food was a bit bland. But drinks made up for it.
Everyday I go in there to get something to eat everyday there's something wrong with my order nothing ever big but always something wrong showing that they don't take their time and pay attention to anything and don't care about getting anybody's order the way they order it. And when I called to discuss this with the manager the manager hangs up with me because I am upset at the fact that they can't get an order right. Food's good but what's good food when you can't get what you want?
The server was very inattentive. The restroom was nasty. The food was decent at best.
The waitress didn't give us napkins, straws or silverware, we had ta ask for napkins from the bar. Silverware and straw from a different waitress. We sat for 20 minutes before I had to go ask the hostess for the kiosk in order to pay our bill. Was intending to get a to go drink but just left. Overall the dining experience sucked.
One of our "go to has a little of everything" place.I love Chili's BUT .....this was a to go order (repeated back by employee) Is it supposed to be Mushroom Jack fajitas Plus plus we ordered another full meanother full meal and and it was awful. The mushroom Jack fajitas were vegetable fajitas there was absolutely no meat mushrooms etc. My meal was a 3 combo. My quesadillas were hard and dry. Ribs were good. The original chicken crisper were over done, tough and were worse than fast food! So disappointing ?
They refused to seat us ot even acknowledge us at the door. I made eye contact with about 6 employees and they all turned away. Guy told us he was waiting 30 min for a to go order. He left without paying so we left too.
