DIRTY. WALLS, WINDOWS, MENUS! Should have walked out. No straws. Forgot our silverware. Waitress who didn't take our order brought out food and stuck her over sized fingernails in wifes food- too long to waitress! Disgusting! Salad and hot food at the same time?! Terrible. The plates are grimy too. I'm a prior line cook from way back. No restaurant I worked at would allow this. Too bad I was so hungry. Too much to not mention. Place is Nasty. Period. Where's the dang manager!! Also wrong price charged and had to wait. I ate a few bites and left to hold us over.
Ugh where to start. First of all the wait staff who's birthday was on Saturday April 9 saved the day. Her bubbly attitude and pink socks and tiara kept us from walking out. Other than that it was a disappointing visit. It wasn't crowded on a Saturday night and that should have been a clue. The greeter was useless and didn't step up when absolutely no wait staff showed up to take orders. We were sitting in the bar 5ft away from him. The place is dirty. The wall at our booth was covered in food spots. Don't even get me started on the kiosk machine at our table. It was gross. Guess that's how we were supposed to order but it didn't work. Then at the end of the meal it put three different tabs on our bill. We had to wait for the poor overworked birthday gal to straighten it out. The floor was dirty and the glass entrance was covered in greasy fingerprints. Had to ask for napkins and never received refills in our drinks. They forgot to bring out part of my meal and only when I reminded them did it come out boxed for me to take home. Our food did arrive hot but we were 2 minutes from walking out since it was 20 minutes since we ordered an appetizer and a southwest bowl. One guy sat at a bar table waiting to give an order and finally walked out. Come on Chilis you can do so much better.
Food was so so and it took a long time to get it. One gals food was seriously wrong and was fixed after a long wait. My food was a Buffalo chicken salad which was mostly fried breading and less than delicious. I know it’s hard to get and keep good help these days and I feel if restaurants continue to get away with low quality food and service like this it will continue to decline. A sad state of affairs and a great reason to stay home or eat elsewhere.
Server is slow and isn't really professional and walks around like he doesn't want to be here. Then asked for unsweet yeah 3 different times And then boyfriend went and asked for some more drink they told him to go sit down and the server will get it
Resturant was not clean at all and everything about it was terrible slow
My ribs were pink and the sauce wasnt for me. My friends steak has some pink in it after asking for well done but service was great! Everything else was good
They took forever!We ordered ahead through the website. I went inside to pick up and wasn't ready.I was told to wait outside that they would bring it out. So we wait for a while. We finally got tired of waiting and went inside to ask about it. And my meal was just sitting on the counter. These were all side dishes that I would assume would not take forever to have ready. The fact that they had it waiting on the counter made me not want to go back.
Waited for over 30 minutes just for soup and salad. I had to get up and get our own napkins and silverware. The dividers were filthy with food and fingerprints and spit. I had to ask what the hold up was on our meal before they would bring it to us. I love Chilis but will never come back to this one.
This was the 3rd time since Covid started that I've tried this Chillies. This was the second time that I left after standing up front for more than 10 mins and not seeing or speaking to a single member of the wait staff. There were 6 other customers and not a single employee or bartender in site....
I was out for a ladies day with my sisters on 12-14-21 before my sister had to quarantine for surgery. Just having a relaxing time with margaritas and appetizer and our waitress never checked on us after serving us. I realize with the pandemic staff is short but there was only 4 tables with customers on our side so service shouldn't have been like that . What a disappointment.
