Sean… I don’t know who hired Sean but it’s the best thing they did for this location. Not only is he a server but he is their host too!Sean, I don’t know if you’ll read this. But I really hope you don. my husband and I have frequented this chilis many times over our 6 year marriage but I couldn’t tell you about any time in particular and YOU made this one memorable. Tonight. Before I could even think of what waNted next, there you were bringing it to me. You made sure sure we wete taken care of on drinks and that our son had a refill before I saw he needed one. You weren’t overbearing, you edge subtle yet so subtle in the way you made your way through your other 5 tables you had WHILE serving us. YOU ARE A FANTASTIC server and your customer service skills are HARD to come by! I hope you are rewarded aa you should be for such amazing work ethic. Ordered online and got there to pick it up, the few employees that I saw were too busy (or not) to help me. I saw my order on the racks by the wall, the one the uber drivers get their orders from, and after 5 minutes of no help I just grabbed my food and left. I felt a bit like a criminal stealing... But it was my food I paid for and I didn't want to stand around anymore. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The food was great though!
I was not impressed with the new menu. They were not staffed adequately for spring break and it was really unfair to the one server who was literally working her tail off. Her name was Olivia and she was awesome. Despite them being so busy, she was super attentive and did the best she could. The wait was almost 30 mins to be seated. The food was blah but I wasn’t surprised. The whole team was working their hardest.
Very disappointed, one of my favorite places to eat. Was sadly let down, the food just was not good. Way over priced for the amount of food as well, staff was rude and unpleasant.
It was a wonderful experience. Our waitress her name was Kash And she was the best! The food was good everything was good the atmosphere was good . 5 stars from me.
The best thing about Chili's is their deals. They have a 3 fpr $10.99 which includes your drink, a BOWL of soup or salad, and an entree that's listed. They generally always have a two-person deal, too. The service is hit or miss sometimes depending on how busy the place is. Also, some of the more "variety" food choices (such as seafood) may not be very good. My husband got the shrimp tacos last time and said they tasted like plastic. I'd stick with the ribs and burgers lol can't go wrong with the appetizers either! Overall this is a good place to eat, especially with the food deals, as long as you aren't expecting anything fancy.
They have good food, but the service has started to lack. There's always open tables but you're still waiting to be seated. Also you wanna make sure the table got wiped off good before you set your stuff on something wet/sticky. The big plus is the bartenders typically very good at mixing.
