The drive thru experience at this place is AWFUL. Not only do you wait more than 25 minutes just to get to the ordering spot, but you’re cut off every time you try and speak to place your order. The person on the other end is talking so fast you can’t understand her so I spent most of my time asking her to repeat herself, which just made things worse. If my elderly father didn’t love chicken express so much, we would have gone somewhere else. Nothing makes me more frustrated than being treated poorly when you’re spending almost $50 on fried chicken AFTER you wait in line almost 30 minutes.My advice? Choose another location if you have to have CE.
Tired of getting home and finding that they shorted my order. Customer service has slowly declined through the past 2 years. Trying hard to keep eating a chicken express but it's becoming more difficult. The food that I do get is still good.
Chicken Express has great chicken! The food here is very flavorful. They have some of the best rolls. I love the honesty of this restaurant if they forget an item you ordered they write it in a book and as long as you keep your receipt they will make it right for you! When we are in town this is a must stop!

Wow. This is my second time visiting this Chicken Express. I ordered the 8 piece boneless hot wings on both visits. Both times the wings were hot and very Fresh. The biscuit was super Soft, fresh and buttery. The mashed potatoes are homemade and taste great with their country gravy. Everything was very fresh and large portions. They make sure to give you more than 8 wings in case any are small. I got around 12-14 wings both visits. Plus the service is great and the store is kept very clean. 10/10! Thank you! Great price too! This meal cost just under 10 dollars!
Waited in lobby for almost 10 minutes on lunch break. Manager and employee were too preoccupied with a return order to tend to other customers. Someone should have jumped on the available second register to start taking incoming orders. We were never acknowledged once. Didn't even get to place order before I left as it was very clear the return was becoming overly complicated and I would have to wait even longer.
When I visited this location on January 14, 2022, the staff was nothing short of amazing. When I took my order at the speaker they were patient, when I was unsure of my options they helped make suggestions and I even found out about Chicken Express offering cookies on their menu! It was just a sweet exchange and truly made my day. Thank you to the man who took my order and my cashier, Dana. It tips were allowed, I would have done it!?I will definitely be coming back!
I will give you 5 stars because of the service. Well done young man (I asked you to count my gizzards; instead you comped me. Way to take care of your customers). My food was even in a bag this time ?. On the other hand, 1 small issue; a scoop was taken out of the potatoes. Other than that, well done!!!
Food was freezing, came out to about 15.99 for a number 2 combo, and the lady at the window was rude. They didn't give me the gravy that comes with the meal. I feel like for 16 dollars a meal they should at least check the bag. There is a golden chick's two miles from this place go there instead.
Thoroughly enjoyed our food. Very kind employees. The place was sparkling clean and they were cleaning all through our visit. That is very important to me and it was very noticeable.
