I am not the type to leave reviews, especially negative reviews but I couldn’t help myself with this one. I ordered door dash through the quail springs mall location and received a spicy sandwich when I asked for a regular. It was packaged normally but when I took a bite I realized that it was in fact spicy. I called the ovation and asked to speak to a manager to see what they could do to help me out and he told me that there was absolutely nothing he could do that I had to contact door dash even though it was their fault for messing up. This is not the Chick-fil-A way that I know. Do better quail springs mall location!
Terrible service, delivery was late, delivered to the wrong suite, didn’t call me when they FINALLY arrived, and then wouldn’t refund because the food was eaten by another office. Spoke with general manager and he simply stated that it wasn’t their fault. Instead of arguing I bought over $400 more food just to feed the surgical staff on my own dime since I already used the company card. I perform in-services every week for teaching medical education and chick filet will not be used in the future.
My husband and I went to Quail Springs Mall Chick-fil-A last night and very disappointed we’ve eaten there before but thought we’d give it another try. It took them 10 minutes to get our food to us As they said we would have to wait for his chicken strips that he ordered to cook.there was nobody else there. then when we got our food my husband Open the bag and there was a chicken sandwich he went back up to the front to tell them he wanted his chicken strips and that he got the wrong thing and the girl at the register said didn’t you get the rest of your meal like what does that mean he didn’t get his chicken strips needless to say she said it would be another 10 minutes before we got the chicken strips so he had to eat the sandwich that he was given we will never eat there again it always takes too long to get our food every time we go there we wait 10 to 15 minutes Times longer to get our food.Don’t bother eating at Chick-fil-A in Quail Springs Mall
They had the nice crunchy yet juicy and sweet chicken nuggets, the waffle friends and all the good stuff
Ordered kid's meal for my kid that includes toy and kid friendly packaging. Gave me adult meal and when I asked for kid's meal they refused to change initially and kept explaining that adult meal has more nuggets. My kid does not want more nuggets - she wants the toy which the staff failed to understand.
God’s chicken is awesome service and perhaps the best grilled chicken I’ve ever had.
It's always been a good place to me and kids love it. Always friendly staff food always fresh and all enjoy everything
