First they forgot part of my order, called to explain, the man on the phone said sorry and said to go back for my order. Not only did they try to make me pay for it again when I got there, they also treated me like I did something wrong. No apologies, just attitude FROM THE MANAGER. I hardly ever write bad reviews, and wouldn’t have just for forgetting my order, but the lack of customer service and attitude was horrible!

Came here to get the classic chicken sandwich... Just crispy chicken, pickles, and sauce, and a side of large fries. The chicken was fantastic, as always, and the fries are so delicious with the Chic FIL A sauce. I really appreciate how fast they get you through the line here, so don't be scared off by a long line. Also, they have non-sweet iced tea that actually tastes brewed and just as good as Starbucks.

I have Celiac. I also have two rewards that were sent to me for two 8 count breaded nuggets. I used one at the Edmond Chic Fil A, and they allowed me to get grilled nuggets instead. The manager at this restaurant, on Pennsylvania Ave. refused to allow me to change it to grilled nuggets. I told him that I would pay for the price difference (although the other restaurant didn't require me to). I also explained that it wasn't a dietary choice, and that ANY gluten I ingested would cause my body to attack the gluten, and everything it touches. Basically, my body's immune response would attack itself. The Manager didn't care, and just shrugged his shoulders, and said he couldn't do it. Very disappointed, especially because Chick FIL A has previously been a shining example of customer service, regardless of the location.

They got a drive-thru built like an airport departure terminal, but given the traffic I guess they're fully utilizing it. The place was super busy on the outside when I went, but you'd never know it on the inside. What can I say? They know the chicken game.

Extremely disappointed in response to my pointing out, in drive through, of an employee-a young woman's open bag of money, with papers, $$ ? blowing out. She totally ignored me, was arrogant, and appeared uninterested in her blatant disregard for securing her business/cashier items. It was nearing closing time, and she apparently had come out to get $$ from curbside order takers/cashiers. She was likewise abrupt, rude, and arrogant to them as well. She had long blond hair. She never acknowledged me, except to glare at me. I know she heard me as the embarrassed order taker/cashier attempted to make excuses for her, after she walked away. Previously, I've never encountered a person like this at Chick Filet (exception: in Edmond, once, a number of years ago). She apparently has a position of self importance- however, I'd suggest and encourage that she be required to undergo remediation/training in customer service, guest relations, and work place team building/collegiality/and professional relationships. Otherwise, my service, and food choices/orders are always great-as one has come to expect at every Chick Filet, irregardless of location or site.

Tenders and fruit cups are good. Staffs are friendly. I guess that’s why there are always long waiting lines for drive-through. Expand you restaurants please.

As with every Chick-fil-A location I've visited from east to west coast and many locations in between, this location has great food and first class customer service. I drive past this location every day and cars are lined up around the building in multiple lanes. These folks really know how to manage high traffic and getting them out quickly.

It's Chick-fil-A. What else can be said about God's chicken. Drive thru was excellent, service was excellent, food was excellent. I do wish they would give more then 1-2 packets of ketchup for a large fry though but that's at all locations.

One of my favorite fast food places if you can even consider it fast food. The workers always have a great attitude and are exceedingly friendly. Food is always good as well. I usually choose this place over many others in the area.

We always stop at this location when we come to the City for our doctor's appts and/or do any shopping. The staff is always professional and courtesy. We have gotten in and out within 3-6 mins. We use the app to place our order and check-in when we are pulling in. Anytime we pull into the Handicap parking space, we will let the person directing traffic know...they will make sure at the 1st availability for us to back out with no issues. Chic-fil-A is top notch in my book. I wish all of the others in the fastfood industry could get stuff together and learn how to be more efficient and have better customer service.
