Nuggets were dry and chewed. Waffle fries were not cooked thoroughly and were cold. BBQ sauce has no taste. Building and drive thru are hard to access. First and only place I have had to circle the building 2 times just to enter the drive thru. Could not read the large outdoor menu because employee was blocking it. I asked him to move, but he still blocked the menu. I won't be back.
Having worked at CFA for 3ish years, I know the standards for CFA well. This CFA is usually on point when it comes to order accuracy and the quality of the chicken but something has to be wrong with their fry fryer. Fries are always below average, usually soggy and it's rare that I get some really good, crispy fries. Shouldn't have to order well done ones to get a good fry. Outside of that, this location's drive through is slow and congested. With curbside and a second lane it would have been betterPS: This doesn't pertain to this CFA but to the app. The cloudberry sunjoy is literally an Arnold Palmer. Come on corporate, don't get so cutesy
Good customer service and the food is fine but the drive thru is really badly designed I don’t see the purpose of going all the way around the building just to get to the intercom. Every person I’ve brought to this location and they’ve been driving has been incredibly confused and we had to circle around a few times before they understood where the entrance was.
I ordered on the app with the intention of not being inline at the one off the expressway. I got there 12 minutes before breakfast was over . Advertisement on the building and the app says I don’t have to wait in line. The app tells me to stop a worker and grab food . I was told No . It was really busy and the line circled the building twice and I was tell that I had to wait in line like everyone else which to me is false advertising it. If you cannot accommodate the online orders then maybe they should turn the app off due to it being so busy. So with one minute to spare I was the last person in line to get my food so I decided to cancel and go somewhere else due to me not even knowing if I was gonna be able to get my order because breakfast was over after waiting 12 minutes
They're always quick, fresh, and precise. The one time I got something incorrect I got free items (3) on my chic fil a rewards. They're wonderful. Wish there was more in this area so they don't have to work so hard. ? Always lines wrapped around and I feel bad.
Chick-fil-A carryout service it's very organized you can go through the line and get through there with a quickness and be on your way
Chick-fil-A is great. The morning grilled chicken breakfast sandwich is the right start to your day. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and has a light citrus flavor to it. The multi-grain bread is healthy and flavorful also. I like to add pickles to my chicken. I always get though the line in a reasonable amount of time in the morning. The staff are always smiling and appear to be happy.

Line was pretty long when I arrived, I ordered from my phone while sitting in the drive thru, I was surprised when my order was ready before I had even made it to the pick up window. Fast & efficient as always!
The other day I was there and was confused as to where the line started so I went around a car to get in line bc they looked liked they already ordered - the manager then comes out of the store & directs me to reverse my car & let another car in. The person in the other car was very antagonistic and imitated tears falling - like I was upset which I was not - just confused as to where to get in line. I will not be back even though I work very close to this location. If the manager had been doing his job to begin with this experience would have been different.
