You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Their food always hits the right spot. We ordered thru their app. The app was easy to use, and it can easily manage your gift card balance and rewards. We decided to pick up our order inside, and we had to wait unusually long time for a simple order. We stood at the pick up area for a bit, until someone had to ask us whether we had been helped. One way to avoid this experience is to have a screen at the front showing online order status for pickup, that way the customer are not wondering if their order is being worked on, or being completely skipped. Overall, we enjoyed their food, and the place looks pretty clean.
I ordered two-4ct Chick n Minis in Drive Thru but I got only one. They just billed me for one which is a good part But…Also the drive thru was not as good as other Chick Fila locations. There was only one person taking care of the orders in the busy hour.
Chick fil a customer service is going downhill fast.I ordered a meal through door dash as a convenience because I could not leave work. Only to get a salad with no dressing. So I had to wait and go back up there just to get dressing and was basically told it was my fault for using door dash and I should use their delivery service next time.Awful customer service!
This place has been going down hill fast the drive thru is probably the worse I’ve seen the management needs to figure it out or get someone higher up involved i went last week and my wife had ordered the food online so all we had to do is pick it up….. it took them 25 minutes to get my order and today the same thing they always say “ sorry sir we can’t find the order” after showing them the order…. Explain that one to me! I’m not sure how you “” lose an order”
So I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. My order was half correct. I didn’t get strips, I got nuggets. I’m not upset, because I like Chick-fil-A. However, I wish my order was correct. Just fyi!
Friendly and welcoming. The lady taking our order was helpful and validated the kids by talking about the order with them, all with bogging down the process. A family came in that only spoke Spanish and she never missed a beat taking their order
Most incompetent team of Chick fil a staff I have ever encountered.This location has consistently gotten my order wrong, not to mention, generally the slowest team I’ve witnessed.The staff is nice enough, but they either have terrible trainers or are simply overwhelmed at their job positions.Whomever is in charge of this location needs to seriously look at the leadership and staff closer because I know I’m not the only frustrated customer. I will just drive further out of my way instead of getting incorrect orders again.
This is the only Chick-fil-A location that I have been to where its drive-thru was in total chaos. The orders were everywhere, Usually when you go to a Chick-fil-A the orders are one behind the other, this location gave three people behind me who ordered after me their food before I got mine. So the people behind me couldn’t even leave after they got they’re food, Because I had not Received my order yet. And come to find out they didn’t have my order but took my money. I had been already waiting and the Folks behind me have been waiting for me to move out the way so they can go enjoy their food. I ended up getting a refund that will take 24hours to get back. So I left with no food & no money.
This CFA location has messed up my order multiple times, consistently takes an abnormal amount of time to fulfill orders - especially orders placed ahead of time. I’ve placed multiple pick up orders and had to wait 10+ minutes for the order to be filled while being asked by employees multiple times whose order I’m here to pick up. Kind people, but it seems to be run by incompetent individuals. Very frustrating.
It’s the closest CFA to me. I always get lovely service regardless if it’s at 6 am or at 9 pm. The workers are generally very pleasant and are on top of their game. 10/10 because it’s Chick-Fil-A and because the food is great.
