I went by the drive through to order some food for my pregnant girlfriend and I. I ordered a 8pc chicken nugget meal with a large fry and a 4pc chicken strip meal with a medium fry. I kid you not but they gave us extremely soggy fries and the amount of fries they put in the large was enough to fit in a medium and the amount of fries they put in the medium was enough to fit in a small. They also covered the fries with napkins and sauces so I wouldn't see. In the process of doing so, they smashed the fries. I feel ripped off and I'm highly disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. I will not be coming here again.
Lowest score I have ever given a chick fil a I believe. The food was all cold and mediocre. The drive thru line took longer than any other chick fil a line that I have ever seen. Even when the line is way longer at other chick fil a locations. I hope it was just a one time thing. Maybe a bad morning or something to that nature. Oh even the employees were not that friendly maybe everyone was stressed or something.
Very fast and friendly service, the incredible speed was only matched by the amazingly delicious food. They only do chicken and they are the only ones to do it right, from the time you pull into the lot until the time you finish eating and throw the bag in the trash at your chosen eating location, be it the lobby, the parking lot, the car, the house or even the office, it is simply the best around no matter what is around!
The staff is always so pleasant, the drivd the line was wrapped around the building onto the street however the lined moved very quickly. My only complaint or disappointment is that the Tortilla soup still taste amazing however since the Pandemic there is less chicken more beans. Thats very disappointing. Thank you Chick fa la team. For always having aPleasant attitude
I can’t believe I am going to say this but I am most displeased with this Chick-fil-A. At least twice have I gone here and the nugget size has been substantially smaller than the nuggets at the Moore location. Chick-fil-A makes me happy. It’s my comfort food after a rough day and having the location on S. Western Avenue has been very convenient. But spending 8$ for a chicken nugget meal and not have it fill me up because the portion sizes are being reduced is truly disappointing. Please save yourself the time and money by going to the Moore location. As a dedicated customer, this truly hurts my heart.
Drive thru experience and managers response is enough for me to say “Good Bye”. Ill not spend my money at your business ever again! I had to YELL into the speaker after hearing 2 people in the other lane order their food and drive forward. Then “Melody” comes on takes 1 item of my order and starts to end the order. Im like wait, i have more. Then i order my items and dead silence. By this time 4 cars in the other lane have ordered food and driven forward. The manager! “Sorry sir, they have to make their own drinks”. Well why did the other line get stellar performer and light speed drink maker? Dismissive attitude and ill spend my coin elsewhere.
We eat a lot of Chick-fil-A and this one is closest to home. We're even signature reward members. Always an easy and fast experience here, especially when you just order in the app ahead of time. Customer service is always great, lines are always fast, and the food is always fresh! I do however miss the curbside pickup.
We go to Chick,-fil- at one time a month they have the best chicken in town. I like to get the chicken nuggets they are the best my husband likes grilled chicken all the food is good. You can go inside if you want to or order at the drive through.they are fast and they do a great job of getting you in and out.
Guys, I had the craziest thing happen to me tonight. Husband and I waited 15 minutes to get 2 #7, no special mods, basic combos. Nearly $23 for what seemed like a small combo ( the girl taking the order didn't give me a receipt so I'm not sure, she also never asked what size I'd like). After we did receive the food and completed our 2 minute drive to get home the chicken sandwiches were so wet the bread was soggy leaving it mushy and the whole sandwich just dripped.I know Chic-fil-a isnt perfect but this was such a weird experience here. Genuinely had us thinking, next time we are going to S&B where the burgers are large, sweet potatoes fries are an option AND we get an appetizer for $22/hr. Don't think we will be coming back for a while.
When I arrived they were super busy, wrapped around the building, had to park in the back and walk in the building for the pick-up. Even though they were slammed it was no wait for the pickup. It can only get better with a pickup zone. But till then, it's a fast service.
