Love the food and the service. Everyone there is so pleasant. They will correct any mistake to your order right away. And it's a blessing to be able to use your badge for payment. Wish all chick-fil-a were like that.
Every single chic Fil a you order grilled chicken with a gluten free bun, it comes separate and the bun individually wrapped to best avoid cross contamination. I go there, order it, comes assembled from the make line and obviously I can't eat it, at least to anyone with celiac they'd know this.You win chic fil a. I don't have time to ask for a refund nor do I care. You can keep the close to $14 for two sandwiches and I just won't come back. The food has been getting more and more overpriced and the quality of getting the order correct has been going downhill for years. It's not worth it anymore.
I tried to give this place multiple chances for redemption, but ...My food is always old, they have no order. So if you come in and three folks come in after. All three may get their food before you...Some of the workers are rude, when you ask if your food is done.Good luck with this place...
It was ok. But im use to Chick Fil A being more. When i walked in the trash was overly full, trash all over floor, the only table not accupied i had to wipe down myself so my kids and i could sit and eat.
I arrived at 334pm, I placed my $22.04 order with (cashier)Lizette. It's one thing to have a conversation yet totally disrespectful when the cashier and another lady which was dark long hair talks about other customers while they stand there because he wanted to add to his chicken sandwich. Lizette was having a disgruntled, disfunctional attitude in front of customers. Lizette looked over at me and said another three minutes on nuggets. Why? I watched a full line clear out to realize some others matched mine here and there. Lizette was telling the cook to get it together when in fact he said he was clear and sent everything up in the window. I requested a refund which the Manager did to include the meal anyway. I stood another 11 minutes left at 425pm with a refund only. The cashier needs to be either retrained or replaced. Too bad I gave one star next to zero. She and other crew are distasteful for people to eat behind. If you have cameras please watch her

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and didn’t get my fries and I also ordered two deluxe sandwiches and only received one and when I called nobody answered so I’m mad that I just spent this money and didn’t get half my order, I’m cool on yall
The 2 employees here were extremely rude to us for no reason. Monday night shift on 01/31. My bf and I came to get some food and I started to order, the girl (I think her name was lizbeth, something among the sorts) interrupted me to ask my name. So I told her my name. Then she asked what I wanted to drink???? So I said a large sweet tea… then she got extremely confused and absolutely could not take my order. I was simply trying to order a 12 count meal with and extra order of fries and a large sweet tea. Instead, she made it an entree even though I didn’t say that. So I asked why I would need to order fries with a meal. She told me I had to get a drink with the extra order of fries? I told her we were sharing a drink and just needed extra fries with the meal. I even told her we were sharing the drink? I then realized the whole time it was because they didn’t want to have to make more fries. My bf doesn’t eat meat so he eats the fries because they’re delicious. It was so confusing at that point I just asked him to order and he realized by the 22$ total that she put 2 meals on there. Like chick fil a never has an issue with this order it’s very simple. The fries were fresh which was awesome but she let my nuggets sit out on the counter for a good 10 minutes so luckily they were still warmish ? and also was being aggressive making my drink for absolutely nooo reason. After waiting patiently the other girl came to hand us our food. We watched her be very friendly to everyone else in the restaurant, then she rudely handed me our bag of food. No have a good night or a simple here you go or nothing. I’m usually not this much of a Karen especially to fast food workers because I’ve been there. But there is absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer so directly when I did nothing to you but try to order food. It was also quite shocking to see them be so nice/friendly to everyone else in the restaurant except us. It was funny to me that my boyfriend could order the food but somehow this girl was not comprehending anything I was saying. I’m still wondering wth her problem was.
Ordered spicy chicken deluxe. After waiting for 20 minutes I was finally told that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. They said they'd make 2 sandwiches to make up for the inconvenience. Still received one sandwich about 30 minutes after order. The fries were cold and soggy.
Staff was nice but incompetent. Waited 20 minutes for my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. When I inquired about it they said they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. They said that they would make 2 sandwiches without it to make up for the inconvenience. Another 10 minutes later I received one sandwich.
