A great team works here. I ordered delivery through Door Dash which went south and I was very frustrated.I called the establishment and management was willing to hear the complicated situation and were willing to work with me to resolve it .Good people, reasonable management, great food.
They put someone else’s heavy food on top of our box and it smashed our food apart. We told the staff and they said it looked perfectly fine and refused to do anything else about it
Nothing as described on the menu board. Very little meat and cheese. SOUR (PICKLED) jalapeños (disgusting and made the sandwich sour). Almost $20 for a sour, skimpy sandwich, fries and drink. FU Charley's

Would have gave them a 5 star but the guy that made my cheesesteak open a new cheese whiz bottle and was not shy with the cheese whiz. My son got one with Provolone cheese and it looked less messy. But all in all a very goof sandwich.

So I went in today and ordered the ultimate fries which I always get and it usually comes with the fried bacon the sauce this evening to cheese and jalapenos today they gave me this little bitty box of fries for freaking $3.79 and I asked what the heck this was and they said all they've reduced the size and I opened it up and looked and there's no jalapeno that's worse those oh we don't have those anymore so I asked for my money back and I got towed I don't need to have an attitude Charlie's has reduced the fries but never the price so you pay the same price for less fries not worth it would not recommend anybody going there this is the worst I have ever seen
