I really enjoyed this little place. Very unique take on making custom ice cream. I watched them take various ingredients, place them in a large drill bit contraption, then all the ingredients got grinded up and came out like soft serve ice cream. Really interesting take. They also serve local beers too. Overall very good ice cream with a unique twist on making it.
Wow!!! Amazing ice cream shop! First time trying ice cream and ? beer together. Really, really yummy.Had the Teddy Roosevelt ice cream and light beer combo for $11. Super awesome deal. Wish we had this establishment in Tulsa.
Absolutely delicious ice cream! It’s a fantastic find when I can receive soft serve dairy free (oat milk base) vanilla ice cream with my childhood favorite cereal mix ins. You must give this place a chance you won’t be disappointed! And, although not listed on their website they offer a selection of local beers on tap too.
This ice cream is really interesting. I thought it was soft serve but it actually seems like it's not - from watching them make it it looks real chocolate and vanilla ice cream that they scoop into a mixing machine where they drop in cookies and cereals and such. The result is almost like soft serve but INSANELY FLAVORFUL. Like each bite I found a little bit shocking. It's definitely worth a try!!!
First time at Capitals, and it was a great experience. Kind and welcoming with delicious treats. They also serve beer! Get you some!
SO DELICIOUS! This unique place will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth and will not disappoint. You have the option of choosing one of their ice cream concoctions or creating your own. We chose ones they had on the menu and we absolutely loved it. 100% recommend trying Capitals Ice Cream.
Who ever though to put beer and ice cream in the same place is a genius. The ice cream comes in large portions. The mixes are great. We paid $22 for three items.

My daughter and l shared a cup of The Great Salt Plains. They were kind enough put the ice cream in two small cups. Plenty for both of us. The ice cream was superb. Such an awesome flavor of goodness.
