The service too slow, the food very poor presentation!
This is my first time here. The wings were great the french fries not so good.The waiter was not not too bad other than forgetting about us at a time when there were almost no other customers but us.Overall, the place looks great. If you like to save few bucks go there on a Tuesday. The wings gs are half price off.
Not enough staff on a weekend....we brought in a large group but the restaurant was barely 30% occupied. We had to get our own drinks and silverware and napkins. Our waitress was great as she juggled her tables, they just need more help!
Don't go here if you want food. Went in to eat, I was alone so naturally was asked if I wanted to sit in the bar. They were not packed and the bar was definitely not packed. Waitress and bartender walked by several times, looked at me even but never even stopped to take my drink order. Manager even walked by and didn't seem to care that I had nothing (not even a menu) on my table. Several people in the bar were finished eating and were just hanging out so it's not like the waitresses were busy with them either. I gave up and left and as I walked out there were waitresses standing around talking to people so again it isn't like they were too busy.
We ate at this BWW yesterday. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 kids. We entered from the back door, into the patio area, through the bar area, then into the front part of the resturant. There was a group table in the middle and our group took it. The Manager had to serve us, because the servers refused to, because we had seated ourselves. There is no sign at that door, that says "See Hostess for seating", no one met our group, to guide us to the hostess, nor came to the table to re-seat us elsewhere. Jake the Manger did a great job, while the servers stood at the counter. I know we are in a time, where it's difficult to find help, evidently, it's impossible to find good help. Kudos to Jake for stepping up.
The wings were old dry and salty. I ordered carrots with ranch dressing but after we left we found their was no dressing or napkinsin the bag. The wait staff was very polite.
The absolute worst bww I've ever been to. Nobody here acts like they want to work. Tables and booths open everywhere and still told to wait to be seated with only 2 people. This happens every single time I come here. Today I stood at the podium for 10 min before the girls behind the counter quit chatting long enough to ask if I had been helped. Then I watched literally 7 gather for a good 10 to 15 min chatting but yet I'm having to wait to be seated???? Pretzel knots were like bricks and waited almost 30 min for them to get to us. Kept being told theyre short staffed? Theyre not short staffed theyre short motivated!!!!
Great service. The teriyaki wings were awesome! We sat at in the bar area. Had dinner and a few drinks.
I had the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant tonight. We had a party of 8 and got sat in the patio. Skylar went above and beyond for us. I never once had to ask for a refill, he checked on us a lot, he got us everything we asked for. There were 3 big top tables in there and he didn’t make a single mistake. Thank you Skylar for making our kids birthday dinners they best it could have been.
This location is HORRIBLE!!!! They have gotten my order wrong SO MANY TIMES!! Today I got a doordash order and ordered 3 Chicken Caesar salads, 3 bundles of celery with 7 ranches. I got one salad, one ranch and one celery. The salad looked pretty nice. When I called them, they said they would fix it but that I would have to pay for the other ranch dips.... I figured since I had to drive up there to get the rest of my order, I could at least have some ranch for free. I just looked at the salads in my car and they each only have 3 TINY bite sized pieces of chicken on them with barely any salad dressing!!!! I'M NOT HAPPY, WILL I EVER GO THERE AGAIN???? NO!!!! They have horrible customer service!!!
