Not crowded slow waitress when we asked someone else where the rest of our food was it was brought out cold she kept slamming stuff down on our table. Finally she comes Ives and said well I was in the bathroom and was in there less than 5 minutes we set for 10 before she even came over . To expensive for cold food and poor service
First of al, the manager is super helpful and nice. Ended up not charging us.That’s the only reason is not 1 star.New employee Messed up our order twice.I understand the employee is new to the restaurant and I don’t blame him for making mistakes. But it’s the way he handled the situation gets me.We waited 40 mins for our food just for him to take back and said we didn’t order any of the flavors which we did, those were all the flavors we ordered. And then he took them wings back and we waited another 20 mins just for the wings to be way smaller than the first plate he brought to us.The manager on the other hand is super helpful and nice. Helped us figuring things out. And ended up not charging anything.
Went in for lunch and after nobody acknowledged us at the front for 15 minutes we seated ourselves. Then a rude teenager came and told us that they do not allow people to seat themselves and we need to go back to the front and wait for somebody to acknowledge us. We explained that nobody has acknowledged us at the front for 15 minutes so we can move somewhere else if needed. We were just told to go back to the front and keep waiting. So we just went next door and was treated much better
One star is being generous for tonight’s online pickup order that was to be ready in one hour and wasn’t ready for 30 minutes after that. Then several items were missing & food was cold like it was sitting for awhile. I called and spoke with David, one of the managers, and his solution was for me to drive back up and they would remake it. Considering the time it took to get my original order & the severe weather outside, I couldn’t believe this was David’s solution. I’m hoping Buffalo Wild Wings corporate sees this review and knows that customer service is important and my experience was disappointing. This was the first time my family tried here in a long time. We will not be back for awhile again after this experience.
Nice joint, well kept.Friendly enough staff.To-go experience.Carolina Reaper boneless wings on point, had me tearing up all the way through them delicious bits.Had the Hawaiian one also, really nice sweetness with the heat for those that don't want pure pain.And the draft beer is on tap of course.
On Saturday evening I ordered a 10 piece boneless with two different sauces. I picked my order up when it was ready and when I got home I realized that one of the sauces was incorrect and one of the only two flavors I don't like. I called up to the store and they had me talk to the manager Austin. He was super nice or so I thought and asked if I wanted to come back up that night or pick up another time. I told him that I understood they were super busy with a fight on that night and the super bowl coming up the next day. I told him if it was okay I would pick up at another time. I called today and talked to a different manager named Shawn who didn't believe me and he "said" he called Austin who says he doesn't remember that at all. Shawn basically refused to remake my order and said if I had a problem I could call Austin and speak to him tomorrow. I don't like the insinuation that I was lying about the whole thing. When I told him I was going to leave a review Shawn basically dared me too so I am pretty sure they don't care about negative review either but I am leaving one anyone. I also lodged a complaint with corporate so maybe that will get their attention.
Basically I was billed 6 Coronas and only had 3. When I asked about it calmly I got treated like a belligerent drunk. I was calm the whole time. The manager was saying I drank 6 when I know I drank 3. He told me to just leave I was like OK but what about the extra 3 coronas so he said call the cops and got up and started walking to me telling me to leave. Never got treated like that at any buffalo wild wings and i go to them alot all across the US. The bartender over charged me. Cool... not trippin about the 20 bucks. But they mentioned call the cops so quick it was dis respectful. Jan 22 run the cameras back and you'll see.
Usually the boneless wings are great but today they are overcooked and heavily sauced with honey barbecue and the fries are soggy with grease definitely was not happy with my take out order and the boxes they came in had barbecue sauce all over the box and inside the sack very sloppy
I ordered fried pickles and traditional wings for pick up. Had to go back in bc they forgot my sauce. I was planning on eating the fried pickles while driving but they weren’t even full cooked. The pickles were undercooked. The inside was still slimy and wet! Disappointed!
Food poisoning from the burger. Ordered Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday through DoorDash and had a number of issues. My wife ordered bone-in wings w/ original buffalo sauce, but received boneless with dry/powdered buffalo. My order was wrong too, but it was only the cheese that differed. After taking a bite of the burger, my stomach immediately turned. It was $14 for the most basic burger option, so I guilt tripped myself into eating half of the burger to get my money’s worth. It was cooked throughout, but had an overwhelming taste of dirty grease. I’ve been throwing up for the past 24 hours, definitely would not recommend.
