The food was great and the waitresses were excellent,fast and friendly. But our appetite was crushed at the end because the new manager Terry decided to disrespect and belittle the servers in the middle of the dining area in front of us. He literally spoke to them as if he was king of a castle and they were peasant servants. No wonder there are multiple now hiring signs benefits aren't worth working for a manager with those types of authority issues.
No customer service what so ever. I called 4 times for my curbside, no answer first and the last 3 they hung up on me.My first visit - very little fries after paying an additional $52nd - poor customer servive..service... being ignored3rd - no service for my online order

Took my son here for his birthday. Waited forever for the food while I watched some of the wait staff run out after a dine & dasher. When food finally came it wasn't good. Two of my children's items were wrong & the food wasn't fresh. Don't understand what all the fuss us about. Definitely wasn't worth the $100 we spent.
Really good. Go before 2pm for lunch priced special. Our waitress was so sweet and nice, sorry dont remember her name but she checked on us talked to us kept our teas filled.
Filthy! We noticed trash in the parking lot and around the benches in the entry. The carpet floors were full of food and grass. It definitely needs some attention.
Ordered Hatch Queso, brought out Chili con queso twice. Told her Hatch queso doesn't have Chili. Brings back menu and says you want me to show you. Points to Hatch Chiles. I said not chili.
Came in on a slow Tuesday and the lady serving us was extremely rude to us. We had barely ordered and I kindly asked her if she was ready and she gave me a tone and said no. I saw the way she treated my friends and the nerve she had. One switched spots and she asked where he came from and he said from the other side and she rudely said she couldn’t find his name when it was her fault for writing his name wrong. The customer service here is literally trash and we wouldn’t come here again because of this lady. I feel like they hire anybody nowadays because this lady certainly does not have the qualities of being even a decent waitress. She really just guilt tripped us into tipping her by saying how they only make $2/ hour.
plain wings for the kids! my kid screams! they accidentally got splashed with hot sauce.... the two waitress' in that section could care less. Hollar for help and they want to say calm down..... sure manager comped the chicken but your waitress' are rude and need to trained better to deal with situations. not throw hands up, big eyes and act like they're surprised I'm upset.
I called the BWW on I 35 service and they couldn't answer a simple question on the Tuesday/Thursday deals. Called this one, took a little longer to answer phone. But my question was answered immediately and my order taking perfectly. Great service and will definitely be calling this locations first from now on.
