Best kept secret in the OKC area!!!!
I remember eating here a long time ago before it closed, and I loved it. Now that it reopened, I was excited to go back again. The service and quality of the food was completely different. Everything looks the same inside, and they still use the same old plates from years ago. The manager was very nice, but it just didnât off set all the messed up orders, non-refilled beverages, and slow service. We waited for 45 minutes, likely longer for our food to come out and it was okay at best. Iâm really disappointed in the whole experience and will not be back.
Food was not staged correctly. Second course arrived before we finished first course. We asked for one check and were presented with two.
It was overall good tasting food. It was clear staffing was slightly problematic for the volume of guests. The wait staff did thier best. I didn't happen to get water with my lemonade until after I ate my food. It's a small thing no real issue. Overall good place just allow more time than expected before pandemic to enjoy.
Excellent meal at a proper price. Our waitperson was super. Great time.
I really do not think this restaurant is going to make it! There were only about 6 parties in and out between 6 and 9 the evening we were there! Our server took good care of us, you could tell she was very new. The food was less than OK. I had the Shrimp Diablo and was extremely disappointed! The shrimp were very small and it was dry and overcooked to the point of chewy. I chose not to send it back so not to embarrass the friends I was with. They have also changed the flavor and it's just NOT good. I also had the house salad, it was good and seemed to be the same as before. We sat right on the other side of the wall that is next to the hostess station. About 8 pm I noticed the phone ringing, it was NEVER answered! This happened several times. After dinner a few of us made our way to ladies room, all stalls were out of TP. Our server happened to come in so I mentioned it to her. Her reply was the "hostess was supposed to take care of that before she left, but I guess she didn't". There was no offer to remedy the situation. I won't be back!
My family usually cannot get enough of their spinach/chicken flatbread pizza. Tonight however, it was so salty it was inedible. Hopefully this was a one-off thing…
Beautiful building and that's it. Patios had weeds and grass growing in cracks. Food was lukewarm, with clumpy noodles, skimpy portions, and ridiculously expensive for what we received. The bread was cold and the dipping oil was a funky orange color with an off-taste. Noodles tasted like and clumped together in big starchy globs they were from lunchtime. Mentioned this to the waitress but other than "I'm sorry", no response. Won't return.
Food was a little bit better then Olive Garden, service was so so but I think it was because they can’t get anybody to work….
Rob is trying as hard as he can to bring back the bravo concept and we very much appreciate his efforts but with the lack of help and very mediocre food I unfortunately can’t force myself to try again after 3 disappointing meals…. We ate at Bravos no less than 2-3 times per month from the first day it was open until the pandemic forced it to close. We were very excited to have one of our favorite restaurants reopen but now not so much …
