This is the 2nd sald I've received that I threw out..Oonce in Tulsa and this one on Rockwell.. Ttoday's order had what seemed like 5 days past the best buy date lettuce and was awful..threw it out..after I ate the chicken and croutons....I miss the old Braum's on Rockwell....food was better and so was the service.. That being said, always nice people at the drive thru window
Stopped for burgers, food was ok; brains has good products, but they seem to have housekeeping defisensies. Store needed cleaning, the condiment area was nasty,& the food prep area. This has been same in a few other locations we've frequented lately. Looked like they had plenty of help employed. What's the problem? Braums, please clean up your stores,
I take my granddaughter here after school, she get the same thing and the manager knows what she wants, one scoop in a cup of birthday cake sprinkles and 7 cherry. She will eat the whole burger from here. She won't eat the bun from anywhere else. Great place to get a burger or ice-cream and don't for get the bread, fruit, meat or milk.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to this BRAUMS store!! I used to work at a Braums, and because of that I absolutely love the red burger sauce! This is the only Braums, besides the one I worked at, that understands which sauce I mean when I order, and actually gives me the correct one! I know it’s silly, but I seriously appreciate that little thing.
Absolutely the best ice cream I've had. And the price was unbelievable. Their fries are definitely a must have as well.
I waited on someone to take my order in the right drive through lane & they took 5-6 cars orders. So, I turned around & got in the other lane assuming the drive through on that side was broken & the person behind me got her order taken a few minutes after that. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was beyond aggravating.
All I wanted was fresh fries. The manger took my old fries and tossed them back into the grease and thought i didn’t see it. A MANGER!!! What type of mess is that. This store is obviously running low on French fries and is desperate to preserve them so beware.
Friendly staff and good shakes. Our burger buns were slightly undercooked, but I frequent this location and this is the first time it's happened.
Good staff, very fast, but I have to admit if you get biscuits and gravy you will need a chain saw to cut them. It appears it is policy to use the stalest, hardest biscuits. Probably ones that have sat around and are not fit for a sandwich. This is not the first time. The gravy is usually hot but not always.
Almost every braums I've been to is super! Food is great service very good. Very happy keep up the good work guys!
