Great place to eat dinner and/or dessert! We had the spicy chicken club sandwich. We love the sandwiches and the ice cream but the french fries are like what you would buy from the frozen food section in the grocery store. I make my own so, I don't care for the ones here. A sweet young man with dimples helped us. He was very upbeat and very patient with me making up my mind to order. The store and restrooms were very clean too! When my daughter comes to town, she has to go to Braum's every single day that she's visiting!!
It was soooooooooo nice to not have to go to a big store for fresh vegetables! Peppermint ? is good but pecan pralines and cream ? will make you SCREAM for ice cream ?!!!
Always fresh fries and they’re crinkle cut! The braums special sauce reminds me of burger sauce back in England, U.K. they even have a grocery store inside the fast food joint, I’ve never seen this in any of the countries I’ve visited! Pick up Fresh groceries while you get your cheat meal lol
Ordered a double cheeseburger with no tomato and they only gave me a single , not a double but paid for a double.
I’m done giving this location the benefit of the doubt. They ignore the outer drive through lane while taking multiple orders through the inner lane, make me repeat every part my order at least once every single time, and still manage to get it wrong, without fail. I’ll be going out of my way to a different braums from now on.
This is my go to spot when I want something fast and don't feel like cooking. It's close to the house, the staff is always prompt and they always get my order correct. (I always have a special order). Food is always good and absolutely no complaints.
Can someone please explain how do you mess up a cookies and cream shake and give someone an all vanilla shake, either the cashier put the wrong order when I asked for a Oreo shake, Crazy thing is i went with what the cashier offered a cookies and cream shake….YALL STILL MESS THAT UP I’m glad I don’t buy food cause the employees currently working the day shift messing with people’s food laughing, eldest Jack in the box employees know how get the job done while having fun, ya don’t even deserve a star
Second time in a month milk has gone bad before the expiration date. And since you don't have a return policy, you get a poor review. Also because of weak Covid mitigation efforts throughout the pandemic.
Always exceptional products and customer service!! I so appreciate the app, and curbside delivery!!! Also, love the people that usually staff the drive through-so friendly and courteous.My recent concerns re the very elderly that have no access or knowledge of how to access ordering for curbside delivery, via computer or wifi access. I've observed several very old, disabled people parking to go into shop, and barely able to walk into the store. Since many other people park in the handicap designated spaces, that are not, and do not have, handicap placards, these people often have to park a distance. :( Would hope, perhaps, that someone could provide these elderly people a # to call to place an order, for curbside, or perhaps a pad of paper, with checklists of products, that they could drive through, drop off, and pick up later or by parking, waiting. I often fear for these people's safety/fall risks/injuries.As someone disabled and often in a wheelchair, curbside has truly been a godsend for me.
Just left this place and I’m highly disappointed. We were the only ones in the drive thru and the manager was rushing. I ordered a chicken strip dinner and the gave me half a splat of gravy with some old chicken strips. Do better
