The staff was pretty busy due to a rush on the drive through so naturally when my family came to dine in, it felt rushed. The woman ringing us out said I couldn't get a malt with flavors (I wanted M&M and Oreo). She suggested a shake. To make it easier for her I asked for an M&M one instead of a mix of both. I received the Oreo one instead. When sitting down to enjoy our meal the quality was sub par. Sad and mediocre. Even my family members were not impressed and one of them was local. I've been excited to visit Braum's as I'm from Colorado, clearly it's just a hype chain with nothing to show for it. I'm disappointed and was expecting more. I'm hoping it was just a bad day and that the next visit will be better.

Bella was amazing! Best customer service I've had in Oklahoma. Restaurant was very clean, and food was super fresh. The tomato on my burger tasted like it had just been cut for my order. Great staff, great food.
We got a banana split through the drive-through. The service was quick and friendly. The toppings on the ice cream were very thin.
Wasn't busy but the two frozen yogurt cones we ordered was melted and dripping down the sides of the cone, and I had to ask for napkins.
New cashier was hateful. Prices for yogurt she said small cone was $1.73 from $1.08. She was wrong. It was $1.30 and she very angryly told me prices are going! She was very hateful.
Just like every other Braum's, this one is spiraling downhill fast. - Do not waste your time or money, you will regret it! - Call the manager and they act like they don't care at all. - Was going every single day for about 2 years now. - This week has been so bad, I will never be back.
The people from Braum’s are the best! Best milk, best ice cream, best malts!I love seeing these young guys so helpful ready to work with such a nice attitude.
Braums food is great but their dining always smells as a deep fry, and that's everywhere, I just don't know why
It is always so slow and every employee seems to act so bothered when I go. If it was just one, I wouldn't mind as much as everyone has off days, but it has been almost every employee. At least they always get my order right.
