Most of the time this store does a great job. When I order the chicken strips it is always questionable what to expect. Sometimes the strips are overcooked or have been sitting out which results in them being dry, hard or both. I would appreciate a more consistent approach to serving the chicken strips. It should be standard practice to make fresh strips when ordered.
Always made fresh to order. And even if it’s not, they always replace it. Best burgers.
After pushing the call button the store employee called from behind the Sandwich counter saying that she would be right with me.I realized that the store was in need of more employees which made my short wait more comfortable.She was in good spirits when she arrived and was easy for me to get into her humorous side and get a chuckle out of her. I like to lift the spirits of others if possible.It was a good experience for me.
As always.. I had a good time and a very enjoyable treat! my server's name was Cole he was such a nice young man and he makes a great Sundae, so next time you're at that location stop in and say a friendly hello to a great guy..
Better than most other Braums locations. Friendly and helpful staff. The burgers weren't burnt this time,thus the edited review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Hopefully it won't go back down the next time.
Well I had a big breakfast anyways you need to tell the cook what goes with it cuz I don't nasty biscuit no gravy and this is Braum's what's up guys don't you have a secret shopper come in and taste your food if not I would do that job for Braum's and turn them on their head buddy I don't mess around if I pay for food and it ain't right I'm going to let you know
The burger could've been bigger but it was still delicious. I got a double egg nog ice cream cone and it was sooooo good make you wanna slap yo momma!!!
Drive-thur was quick and correct. Only thing was, the chili was too sweet and not spicy enough for my taste. Still not bad.
You can't get no better than Braum's be a great hamburgers ice cream banana play what else is there to say. I could tell you go and eat there LOL
Crunchy burnt hamburger patty…orange sherbet on the inside of my lid~which had cherry limeade in the cup…fries were good
